Dear Peter, hiring both the upstairs and downstairs was the perfect solution for our large family to visit Braunschweig and attend a family wedding in Riddagshausen. Spacious, modern and the ideal location to relax. We even had our extended family around for a courtyard bbq the day after the wedding. Everybody was thrilled with the property and facilities. Hopefully, we will be able to do the same again in coming years for large family gatherings. Thank you for providing this stunning property through Airbnb.

We were looking for a vacation apartment near a family celebration, where we could also take our dog. Steffi exceeded our expectations!! The apartment is perfectly and comfortably furnished. There's nothing missing! The garden is also beautifully landscaped and important to us, the dog was allowed to move freely. The house was easy to find and parking directly in front of it was possible. Quietly located in a cul-de-sac with lots of trees and fields all around, walks and bike rides are possible from the front door. Steffi was very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back if we get the chance. For us, it was a top hit!

The accommodation was exactly as advertised, everything worked out wonderfully and we had a great stay. The beds are very soft, but we all slept extremely well in these beds and were totally surprised! We would take the place again at any time!

The apartment is within walking distance of the main train station. You can also easily walk to good restaurants, the car city, as well as the city center. The apartment is very nice and exactly as shown in the pictures. I got all the necessary information early enough and was advised about good restaurants. I'd love to come back and can only make my recommendation.

The place was fantastic ! Very quite neighbourhood and very short ride to the city centre from the tram station which is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The flat was extremely clean and had everythin go even for longer stays. The smart TV was an excellent addition. Overall great stay !

The apartment looked exactly as what it was described and the location was simply a good getaway from the bustling city vibes. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏻

We had a super great weekend in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there to sleep, which was almost too bad for such a great apartment.

The host is very nice. The room is also fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which is simply my favorite and supported us to make a lot of Chinese food. Despite the small problem with the heating, the host was very helpful and felt good. I will contact the host next time I come back!

Markus was a wonderful Host. Very proactive and helpful. Truly loved his cosy place, peaceful and quiet. Amazing relaxing evening hours at the whirlpool. Definitely would be back to visit this Gem.

We had a great stay at Ann-Kristin It was a very quiet location with a hot tub. Unfortunately, a small deduction I have to give was the burning chlorine smell in the eyes when you turned on the hot tub. But maybe a little too much chlorine was used. Otherwise a great kitchen, bathroom and living area :)

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in a great location, very spacious, and impeccably clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I loved everything about my experience and would highly recommend it to others!

Together with my brother, we had to deal with the trade fair professionally. I found Ben's apartment spontaneously on the way. He reacted quickly and welcomed us together with his daughter. We felt right at home. Ben takes great care of the well-being of his guests. The apartment looks even bigger in person than in the pictures. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet or proximity to the fair, or if you like to try out restaurant recommendations or are simply looking for a great Airbnb experience, this is the place for you. We had a super nice weekend. The place was super clean and even nicer than in the photos. Bringing our dog was not an issue. For those who want to use the hot tub, the information is probably still interesting that it must already be turned on in the morning at winter temperatures so that it has the desired temperature in the evening.
