Enjoy a summer house holiday 4 minutes walk from the water's edge, with the option to kayak, swim or just relax. The area is quiet and with a nice rolling terrain that picks up walks along the water and often offers beautiful sunsets. If you're lucky (and quiet) you can see deer/squares in the garden The house is arranged for socializing in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove and relaxing in the sun on the terrace. The house is best suited for four people, but can also accommodate 6 people during the summer months

There is an opportunity to grill and enjoy the evening sun on the new west-facing terrace with cover, so the evenings outside can be long and watch the kids play in the large garden with football goals. There is fibernet, wood stove and only 600m to the water, which is very child friendly, with shallow water far out and really delicious sandy bottom.

The house is only 45 minutes from Copenhagen, 800 meters from the sea. Here you will find our newly renovated and sunny house, in the middle of a peaceful cottage area with beautiful trees and birdsong. The house is bright and friendly, with wood-burning stove, good internet, yoga and meditation equipment, as well as inspiration library for free use.

Cozy older cottage of 55 sqm in real cottage area between Smidstrup and Gilleleje. Very personally decorated with great emphasis on “hygge”. It is 10 mins walk to lovely beach . Furthermore, along the beach there is a beautiful path (Gilbjergstien) on a slope that leads into the center of Gilleleje (2 km) and cozy harbor. Zealand's northernmost fishing port. Cozy courtyard and covered terrace as well as lovely enclosed garden. Gilleleje is one of North Zealand's coziest towns with many cafes/rest.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i denne romantiske og charmerende bolig i naturen. En unik bolig for et par/lille familie der gerne vil slappe af og nyde freden, men være tæt på land, skov og strand. Haven og terrasserne giver masser af muligheder for at spise mad eller blot nyde den skandinaviske himmel. Specielt aftenhimlen kan anbefales - her kan I se masser af stjerner. Der er 12 km til den smukke fiskerby Gilleleje. 8 km til Tisvildeleje med strand, mange cafeer og restauranter samt shopping.

Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse!

Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, densely planted and sunny plot. It has a bike distance to the cozy Liseleje which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's a real Danish holiday hygge at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches, with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day. In the last few years, we've updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-isolated, new thermostat windows, and a whole new garden.

Between city and beach - at Nykøbing Sj. and Rørvig

In Nykoping Sj., and within bicycle distance of Rørvig, this cozy summerhouse is located in the middle of the city's pedestrian street and the delicious sandy beach. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen area. A large covered terrace that makes it possible to sit out until late at night. Partially natural, with a rich wildlife. Walking distance to the beach, where the most beautiful sunset can be enjoyed.
