Holiday rentals with a patio in Is Molas

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut gelegen und die Dachterasse hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Cagliari verbracht und würden diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder buchen! Die Empfehlungen waren auch sehr hilfreich.

Posizione perfetta e appartamento molto carino e spazioso

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

La cssa de Bárbara es preciosa, ella a cuidado de todos los detalles, habian detalles preparados para los huéspedes como bebidas y productos de higiene personal, Bárbara nos ha dado recomendaciones muy útiles y estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos bien, recomiendo este alojamiento para familias

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der eindrucksvollen Berglandschaft – ruhig gelegen und ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. In der Nähe liegen der beeindruckende Pan di Zucchero und die stillgelegte Mine von Masua. Auch Ausflüge zu den Dünen von Piscinas oder nach Capo Pecora sind gut machbar. Ein schöner Ort für ein paar entspannte Urlaubstage.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay here. The pool is just wonderful and the house is well equipped and quiet. We couldn’t get our two young kids out of the pool! The views of the mountains are just amazing. There are two superb restaurants nearby, the pizza at Aquarium is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten lots! The local restaurant in the village is also delicious, and super friendly. The two beaches within distance are gorgeous and weren’t too busy, and there are many more just a short drive away. We particularly loved Punta Molentis, which had a lively vibe. Would definitely come back!

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Casa carina e semplice, ma dotata di tutto. Non le manca niente. Splendida vista dalla terrazza. Stafano carinissimo e reattivo su tutto.

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

appartamento comodo e con ampi spazi sito in posizione tranquilla per quanto riguarda il paesino ma in posizione strategica per visitare spiagge e paesini, abbiamo molto apprezzato le indicazioni turistiche che prontamente Corrado ci ha fornito (spiagge ristoranti siti) bellissima vacanza posti stupendi . Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!
