Incredible! Modern, light, spacious and perfectly positioned for San Sebastián. It’s an easy 5 minute walk into the old town and one street from the beach! The local area is bursting with cool cafes, places to eat and boutiques and the atmosphere is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city! We travelled with children and the apartment was perfect, super modern, great layout, safe and in the best location of any Airbnb we have stayed in. Surf boards and wetsuits to rent around the corner so this is truly a place that ticks all the boxes. The rental hosts were on hand locally, helped with recommendations, transfers and were just super friendly and responsive! We can’t wait to return! Thank you

Un logement impeccable, très propre, bien équipé, confortable, avec un balcon de bonne taille pour pouvoir admirer l’océan à toute heure. Nous avons apprécié les attentions comme le savon dans la salle de bains, les capsules de café, les serviettes pliées en forme de bateau et de cygne :) La superficie de l’appartement est impeccable pour 2 personnes. Nous avons adoré la déco de l’appartement, sa modernité et aussi le côté très pratique de la TV sur roulettes :) Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient très claires. L’immeuble est agréable et très bien situé. La place de parking en sous sol est un atout également car les places sont payantes aux alentours de l’immeuble.

What a brilliant trip, one of our best ever! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Miguel and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment, located in the heart of the Gros area, was perfect... It was clean, safe, and ideally situated for exploring San Sebastián. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Miguel and his wife went above and beyond, providing us with helpful information and even a lot of food, which was so appreciated. Although we don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we easily communicated through a phone app and it worked just fine! A special mention to the lovely lady in the nearby coffee shop who had my coffee ready each morning before I even asked such a nice touch. The food in the local restaurants was outstanding, especially the pizza place below the apartment honestly one of the best we’ve had and great value too. Would we return to this apartment and location? Absolutely, 100% yes. Thank you, Miguel and your wonderful wife, for everything.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein du logement de Sharon et Joop. Ce dernier est bien pensé, accessible, agréable et on s'y sent bien. Le fait de pouvoir stationner à côté des logements est un véritable avantage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce endroit qui est très bien entretenu, très propre à l'intérieur des logements comme à l'extérieur. L'accueil a été très agréable de la part des hôtes, toujours soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Les explications sont claires. Nous recommandons un passage chez Sharon et Joop sans soucis.

Le logement était confortable, très agréable, au calme. Le jardin un vrai bonheur, tout est accessible à pied. Nous étions ravies.

Sejour genial Un véritable havre de paix

We, 2 families with 5 kids between 3 and 11 had a magnificient time in Audrey‘s house. While the weather can always be a bit of a challenge in April, the pool was warmed up and hence delivered a ton of joy for all of us. House was very well equipped with all amenities we could wish for. Handover easy, house brilliant, beach around the corner, restaurant around the corner, bakery to easily reach in 10-15 min by foot. So no real negatives. Off-season price seems good too. Thank you Audrey, that we were able to stay in your house.

Logement extrêmement bien situé à 2 pas de la plage, quelques bar en bord de mer à proximité. Centre facile d’accès en voiture. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel et calme ( malgré la proximité du camping ). Petit bémol avec escalier non sécurisé ( logement au premier étage ) et 2 fenêtres dans la chambre sans volet qui ont nécessité un peu d’adaptation avec un bébé marchant. T re s bonne communication avec Paul. Nous reviondrons avec plaisir.

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.

L'hébergement est fidèle au descriptif et aux photos. Très paisible et fonctionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le salon très lumineux et les deux terrasses. Stéphanie était clair dans dans ses instructions et toujours disponible. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour !

Dominique est une femme charmante qui nous a très bien accueilli avec ma compagne et avec qui nous avons pu échanger sur la région. Sont domicile est très sympathique et la vu est magnifique notamment avec les pieds dans le jacuzzi 😁 merci à elle pour sa sympathie

Idéalement situé dans un endroit bien sécurisé je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le studio de Laurent : tout est parfait, que ça soit la literie, les équipements, la salle de bain, la cuisine, la pièce de vie et le balcon terrasse. On s'y est senti bien tout de suite. Laurent est un hôte très réactif et très accueillant (merci pour les boissons fraiches très appréciables lors de notre arrivée un jour de canicule...). La localisation du logement est parfaite : plages, port de Soccoa, restaurants, commerces. Tout au pied du logement. Pour ceux et celles qui s'inquiéteraient d'un manque de stationnement privé , nous avons trouvé sans problème des places gratuites à n'importe quelle heure de la journée en plein mois d'août. Un grand merci à Laurent de proposer un logement aussi chouette. Nous le recommandons vivement

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans la ville de Biarritz. Il offre un cadre exceptionnel, parfaitement placé permettant de tout faire à pied. Je le recommande vivement.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt kurz vor einem Pinienwald, ideal für einen Spaziergang- gerne mit dem Hund. Biarritz und Bayonne sind leicht zu erreichen, die nahegelegenen Restaurants sind auch super (Fisch am Hafen, Pizzerien etc.). Jean-Marc hat uns äußerst zuverlässig und zuvorkommend geantwortet und uns mit seiner offenen und herzlichen Art einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Vielen Dank :)!

Super séjour! L’appartement était très propre et chaleureux, je m’y suis sentie très bien. Raphaël a été très attentif et flexible. Tout s’est passé à merveille. Je recommande!!

Cyril est tres gentil, et son appartement tres bien conçue, et tres bien situer, place de parking privé juste en dessous de l'appartement. Instructions claires, commerces a proximité et plage pas tres loin ! Tres agreable🙂
