A large house with great open plan living area in an awesome location on top of a hill with far reaching views. We loved just standing on the balcony taking it all in whilst cooking on the barbecue. The accommodation is very spacious and well stocked with everything you might need. We chose this location for our trip to Bryce Canyon and found that an easy drive in the morning via a great little coffee stop (Sevier Coffee) in Hatch.

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The Traeger grill worked great (even though the last folks left grilled onions and other bits on it). And the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels, lots of plates (but a better selection of drinking cups and bowls would've been great). Just a few things would help. More/better utensils--seemed that there was enough for at most 6 people, but the house can sleep at 12. The couch back was broken when we arrived. There is only 1 nightstand in the house for 2 double beds and the king. And it seemed like the house hadn't been swept on arrival either. For the value, a great place, though!

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was private but not isolated. I was impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Zion and Bryce parks. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This house was amazing! There are so many fun things for the kids to do. All of the rooms are very comfortable to stay in. The harry potter theme was so fun. They went above and beyond with the details for the decor. My kids to loved the slide and the net. The backyard had tons of room for lawn games. The host was so friendly, very responsive and made sure we were very comfortable. We definitely want to go back again!

We felt right at home here, down to the pinecone dishes that match our own at our home. The kitchen had literally everything you would need to prepare your own meals. Being right in the middle of the trees with the fireplace on was heaven! We skied in and out and had a spectacular spring skiing experience at Brian Head! Thanks!
