Beach house holiday rentals in Irish Sea

We had to book property at last minute. Response was quick with a message to say “give us an hour to check everything ok and get some provisions in”. We arrived very late. Easy to find (great directions!) and house was perfect. The views were spectacular the next morning and so peaceful. Thank you Sheila, Chinnaswamy and Hayley.

Had a great few days over Easter. The property was perfect for us, the view from the cuddle chair in front of the main window was something you could watch all day. There wasn’t anything missing and although we ate out most of the time everything that is needed to cook a meal was available. We were lucky with the weather and it was a perfect location for getting out and about, either on foot or in the car. We took lovely walks in both directions. Lidl and Tesco were within easy reach by car. Had a fab time.

Centrally located to easily explore anywhere from north of Aberystwyth to south of Cardigan. High quality accommodation and a generous size for 2 people. The attention to detail and the personal touches make it stand out. Good eating options within walking distance and plenty in the nearby and vibrant village of Aberaeron.

We have had an amazing family break. Staying at James’s house was perfect exactly what we all needed. We managed to get out and walk into Rhos one day and then headed into Llandudno the other day. Will definitely be back again 🥰

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. We had all of the facilities that we needed and the location was perfect for exploring up and down the coast. Information leaflets were very useful and the shower was great! The welcome pack was very good and we could have a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival. The use of upcycled furniture also made the cottage unique and very welcoming. The village had a very good charity shop / café and also had a good Chinese takeaway and some decent pubs. The cottage is also close to Talacre beach, Prestatyn and Flint / Holywell so there is always somewhere to visit. Thank you Chris for a lovely holiday rental! Dave, Chris, Elsie and Ruby

Fabulous accommodation ! Really nice set up ! Excellent location, centre of town including parking. Lovely private garden for dogs - big plus. Enjoyed watching local trains going by. Everything you may need was provided in the kitchen. Even had a rabbit visiting in the back garden. Felt very comfortable there. Nicely decorated and furnished. Would happily stay there again !

This property is extremely central and a stone’s throw away from the arcade and pier. Fantastic location and a lovely, large clean space. The kitchen area is great and the whole house was clean and well equipped. Jay was an excellent host - going above and beyond to make our stay great. There is no parking directly beside the house but we found parking on the streets nearby without any problems. Once there we didn’t need the cars as everything was so close.

Great stay at Gary’s. The view from the lounge is amazing and the area is quiet and beautiful. Great place to visit north Pembrokshire. Gary is very kind and friendly.

We loved our stay in the cottage. Everything we needed was there, great beds, lovely welcoming vibe, very friendly host and stunning beaches around the corner. What more do you need for your family holiday. Highly recommended.

Cosy, quirky cottage in a great location. The place had everything we needed. It was very peaceful. The garden was a nice place to sit with my morning coffee. We all felt at home. Bear in mind you can't park on the street outside to unload.

We loved the view of the harbour. The house was lovely, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and so quiet when we were there. Porthmadog itself was okay. The high street a bit rundown in parts but it was overall a great location for visiting surrounding areas, near some fabulous beaches. We had a lovely weekend, thank you

excellent host, fast response. bungalow was very clean, had everything we needed, from iron, fridge freezer, salt n pepper even a floor standing fan for the hot evening, close to shops such as texco, asda, aldi, lidle mcdonalds, etc, plenty to do nit far from zip world, mountain zoo conway castle, you'll have a fab time. lovely back garden with sitting area nice to chill and listen to the birds in the background. plenty of wardrobe space wirh triple built in wardrobes in both rooms with plenty of hangers.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Bodwennol during whit week and felt right at home. The house has more WOW factor in real life than the photos!! We were absolutely blown away by the views from all the windows and especially loved sitting with a coffee on the comfy reclining chairs on the landing. Lisa was brilliantly quick at communicating on a couple of small questions we had and we were able to check in slightly earlier which helped us as the weather was particularly bad that day. Our welcome pack wasn't there when we arrived but was delivered the next day. I think it would be nice to offer a few more kitchen basics in the house such a tin foil and olive oil but understand these come at a cost. We found the pillows far too soft and wish we had bought our own firm memory foam ones.

I've stayed at Carreg Las quite a few times now - the best place to relax and take stock. The view is just perfect and I love it there. I wish I could have stayed two weeks this time again! Bev is just the best host - nothing is too much and answers queries very quickly. thanks Bev - looking forward to coming back! Sue

We had a wonderful stay here, celebrating my father’s 60th birthday. The house is amazing, and photos really don’t do it justice. The downstairs bedroom suit and rear no-step access was perfect for my gran who has accessibility issues and cannot get up stairs. (The only added benefit would be to have a walk in shower if we were to stay longer next time) The view from the property are phenomenal, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach or town. A very private plot, with tonnes of space even in a large group you don’t feel over crowded The host and the property manager were quick to reply to any questions, and provided lots of help before and during the stay. Thanks again, we hope to book again soon!

I brought my teenage kids to stay, to visit family and to see the place where I grew up. We loved the house, all the little touches made us feel very welcome and Steve was a responsive and thoughtful host. The pictures are really accurate and the house feels calm and comfortable. We parked easily on the road outside the house and could walk to the shops, cafes and seafront within 5/10 minutes. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

We have just spent a wonderful week at the Boathouse. The house was immaculate, spacious and comfortable with amazing views over the estuary and mountains beyond. Jane was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and kindly provided some Welsh treats such as barabrith, tea, coffee and Welsh strawberry jam. The house is in a beautiful spot, with lovely beaches just a 30 minute walk away along the coastal path, and easy access by car to the mountains. Thankyou for such a relaxing holiday, we definitely hope to return!

We loved staying at Jack’s House! We were a group of 6 women and 5 children and had everything we could have possibly needed. Lisa was very friendly and helpful, she even went out of her way to turn two of the bedrooms from kingsize to twins for us at the last minute! Absolutely blown away x Very comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, plenty of bathrooms and excellent facilities. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautifully decorated and finished throughout, and lovely personal touches. Great recommendations of local things to do and facilities. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be back x Stunning location too, beautiful beach 5 minutes down the road, food shop 2 minute walk, and beautiful cafes and little quirky shops all a stones throw from the house. Loved it! Highly recommend x
