Juan’s apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The bedding was top-notch. The pillows, towels, and bed sheets were all fresh and new. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and a fantastic view from the apartment. The only downside was the noise from the pubs right across the street, especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the music goes until around 5 am. Since the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning or a fan, we had to keep the windows open at night, which made the noise more noticeable and affected my sleep. Despite that, I’m still giving 5 stars because the apartment itself is lovely and very well maintained, and Juan is a great host. With the addition of a fan or AC, it would be even better.

Really excellent experience with Kathy. I have been choosing this apartment for a long time because it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kathy is a spectacular host, check-in is super fast, the apartment is beautiful, it is well equipped and, most importantly in my opinion, the cleanliness is impeccable. Both Kathy and her staff are responsible for delivering it in optimal conditions for the stay. I will definitely choose this apartment again.

Very good stay! The apartment is in a super good location! Everything is very comfortable and spacious. And Roberto and Alejandra were super flexible for our arrival and departure. Thank you so much for everything! We hope to come back soon!

the apartment is very nice . Everything was ok. the only thing that would have to clarify well is that they do not leave a towel. and we were 3 and they only left 2 wipes. everything else is impeccable..very recommended

The apartment is super large and functional. The location is ideal for the beach, gastronomy and shopping. It's a bit noisy because it's in front of the avenue. The hosts are very friendly and accessible

Excellent place, as shown in the photographs, unfortunately we had to leave before the date for cancellation of our work. You would have preferred a support from the host with a refund of the reservation for the other days, but we understand that it has a no refund policy.
