Holiday rentals with a patio in Ipswich

Excellent property. We were a family group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, aged 12,7,and 1. Accomodation was well suited for this group. Baby gate at the top of the stairs along with travel cot and baby toys. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen small, but fine for cooking breakfast, although grilling bacon in the oven under a smoke detector can be noisy at times. Pub downstairs is lovely and although we didn't eat there, the food looked excellent. Situated in a quiet village just outside Bury St.Edmunds, this place would be ideal for exploring the area. We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. This was our second stay at The Garret and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s such a special place, peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The studio is spotlessly clean, really well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Alison and Alan are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming and the homemade cream tea and ginger biscuits on arrival were absolutely delicious. A perfect base for exploring Framlingham, the coast, and beyond. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

A fantastic stay in a lovely new build home with great amenities and excellent beds, we slept very well! The host was extremely approachable and contactable, a very smooth check in and check out with clear instructions. Lovely location with a great pub 2 doors down. We will definitely be returning

We stayed in the annex for two nights while in the area - it was just what we needed after a busy couple of days. Easy private driveway parking, peaceful location, cosy and accomodation including large comfy sofa to relax on in the evenings. The annex was actually bigger than we realised from the photos. Gwyn was responsive, friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. Would definitely stay here again when in Suffolk!

We had a lovely stay at Pott’s Cottage. It is a lovely property with everything that you need for a short (or long stay). The cottage is tucked away in a small village so it’s perfect for a peaceful break but it’s also only minutes from the A12. Christina was a great host - the wine and shortbread was much appreciated. We will be back. Thank you. ☺️

The Stay at Kays was very comfortable the house is very well equipped you do not need to arrive with anything apart from yourselves, food & drink. Kay was quick to greet us by txt mgs asking if anything needed contact her plenty of clear instructions for the house. Bikes games indoor & outdoor and patio furniture all available. Parking pretty much next to the house. Will use again. Thank You Kay

We enjoyed a really fun and relaxing weekend at Owl cottage. It was very clean, characterful and cosy, with comfy beds and a great living room. The location is quiet and attractive with a good gastro pub 3 mins walk away. Thoughtful welcome goodies were really appreciated. Thank you

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
