Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was well-prepared and comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Beautiful place and exactly as per in the pictures. Easy check in and parking was very close to the lift. Easy excess to the local famous places. Host was very accommodative. Had a great stay.

Place was really good , very comfortable for 4 people to stay . Super close to Lost world of Tambun and also provides parking spot. Would recommend if you want to visit Tambun , it is also only a 10-15 minute drive to the city. The apartment itself is also very nice with swimming pool and hot spring

Great stay for big and extended family. Around 10 minutes to LWOT. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Me and family had a great stay… The host is very responsive and gave clear instructions on self checked in. The place is exactly like picture, clean, provided cuckoo, and WiFi worked perfectly. Swimming pool is great but the water is kinda cold. Everything is perfect 👍

Fantastic stay. The apartments at Octagon are owned by different landlords with different level of quality. Plush services who we stayed with, I am very glad we stayed with them, room exactly as advertised, very clean and well decorated and styled rooms. Although no kitchen or laundry facility in our apartment (only kettle, microwave and fridge) this is all you need. You go down stairs outside and are surrounded by restaurants and hawker stalls, laundromat very close also. We are glad we chose Plush Services over some of the cheaper listings in Octagon as I had a 2 seperate family members check (With different hosts!!) because rooms had cockroach infestation, you will not see this with Plush from our experience of two seperate apartments. Overall 10/10 would recommend

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and most importantly perfectly clean. Wifi was working properly. I can easily recommend this place for travellers

This home is beautifully decorated and comes with great facilities like mahjong, KTV, and most importantly a massage chair! My elderly family members loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. My family and I had a wonderful night here. We’ll definitely choose this place again the next time we visit Ipoh. Highly recommended, and the host responds very quickly. Thank you 😉

Nice place to stay

We have a pleasant stay in this place. The environment is clean and the beds are very good to sleep. Very easy to go Lost World of Tambun. It’s just a 3mins walking distance. Very recommended.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, just walking distance to sunway lost world tambun. The swimming pool and onsen pool are absolutely great. There is currently construction work going on, so it is slightly noisy. Apart from this, it is good.

Great place to stay! It's in the middle of the city. Wherever you go, it's close. The house is beautiful, clean & comfortable. The important thing is that there are snacks if you're hungry!

was a good place near by to town easy to move around many shop and food around the only thing I will suggest is to have bigger mirror in all the room easy for guest to get ready plus to provide atleast standby pillows others than that was good the owner let us check in early plus all the time easy to communicate whn needed I do suggest can visit this place

This is my 2nd time stay, everything still maintains good, clean apartment and friendly host.
