Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ios

The host met me personally and showed me to my villa. She was very kind and proactive on property. She recommended some good places to eat. This part of my visit (on Ios) I really just wanted a quiet place, close to the beach. It's a short 8-10 minute walk. I had a view of the sea which is always nice. Overall, I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend this accomodation. If I make it back to IOS, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my stay great!

Very nice place with a sea view The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and has great sea view. Some devices are a bit old, but everything is working properly. The hosts are very responsive and very kind. Attention: access by car can be tricky, the road being very steep and narrow. We preferred to arrive by taxi, which turned out to be simpler. The location is ideal: 5 minutes walk from the center and 15-20 minutes from the beach (with a return uphill). We would recommend this listing!

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

We loved staying at Kiki’s place! They were incredibly responsive and even helped us arrange a transfer from the port to the Airbnb. Communication was always smooth—they were proactive and quick to reply. The space was spotless and perfect for our group. We especially loved being able to step outside and grab coffee from a nearby café. The patio was a wonderful addition to the rental, and the washer came in very handy for our group as well. We would absolutely love to stay again!

A unique stay right next to the clubs in the Center of the town, but still quiet at night. Was a perfect location and fresh at night. The room had everything you need inside, and Takis and Lina were extremely nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone I know going to Ios to book this room.

we couldn’t be happier with our stay in ios!!! our hosts nick and nancy were superb, they picked us up from the port and drove us to our accomodation. when we got to the property, they really took their time to walk us through it and give us local recommendations, and were so responsive and attentive throughout our whole trip, they even booked a taxi for us one day and drove us back to the port on our last day!!! the property itself was simply immaculate. it was so spacious, clean and had plenty of natural lighting, and a massive outdoor area which was perfect to chill and enjoy the stunning views surrounding the property. plenty of amenities, and amazing value for money. the location was also walking distance from the port and chora - we couldn’t have asked for more, thank you nick and nancy 💗💗

Excellent stay with our 16 month old child in this charming bungalow with a beautiful view and a 5 min walk to the beach. Listing as described. The kitchenette allows rudimentary cuisine, but there are 3 restaurants nearby within walking distance. Please note that the room with single beds is not closed at all, it opens directly to the kitchen.

The location is a little further from the village but is in a beautiful and very peaceful area. If you have a vehicle, there is no problem, but it can sometimes be complicated if you are on foot. The beach is very easily accessible from the apartment, only 10 min walk. The accommodation with sea view is very beautiful, modern, clean and spacious. The hosts were also very kind. We loved our stay😁

So kind to offer transfer from our first accommodation on the island. Communicated in writing and then via mobile when we missed to respond. Felt homely and the property had a great view over the ocean. The patio was cozy and we were visited by both a happy dog and a kind cat. There are beautiful sunbeds in the best location that we unfortunately did not use. The kitchen worked for cooking, some utensils we were missing though. There were plenty of hygiene items available, comfortable. The place is close to the beach, cliff baths and restaurants, relatively steep but short uphill on the way home. The sleeping area of the place felt a little cramped and trapped. In summary, we enjoyed ourselves very much and enjoyed the view during our 3 days here.

Linda is a very professional, kind and helpful host. I’m grateful for her patience with me. I was the one that had special requests mostly because a very personal situation happened. Change of plans. I reserved for two people but the other didn’t show up.

A perfect apartment with everything you need and more! It's spacious and comfortable. It's close to the beach, the port and a bus station. The owner is very nice and friendly. Always willing to help, he came to us by car at the port and then took us when we left. Thank you very much for everything!

We were really happy with our stay at Nikoletta's studio. She took care of us, with kindness, through her hospitality and advice (very helpful!). The house is in an excellent location, opposite the Chora and a 5-minute bus ride from Mylopothas beach. All the main services and places of the village are within walking distance, and the bus stop is very close.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Had an incredible stay at Nick and Nancy’s studio. The space was beautiful and well-appointed, making it the perfect home base for exploring Ios. Nick and Nancy were amazing hosts – they graciously picked us up from the ferry, gave us fantastic recommendations, and ensured we were familiar with the island before setting off on our adventures. They even went above and beyond by dropping us off at the port for our return ferry. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts for our first time in Ios. Highly recommend staying here!

Such a lovely traditional apartment with the best location! The apartment is only a minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as described. The communication with the host was easy and very friendly. Aliki is definitely worth a visit and I can only recommend this apartment if you do so!

the air bnb was in the middle of both the beach and the village which was great had a bus stop right out the front which was also great. she gave us great recommendations and was always responsive and helpful made our stay so comfortable and can’t thank her enough

A wonderful place to stay! It strikes the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, being just a short walk from Oia. The plunge pool offers incredible views of the sea, making the experience truly exceptional. Yiannis was incredibly helpful, assisting with our bags from the car to the accommodation and again during checkout. Nothing was too much trouble for him! His excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities greatly enhanced our time on Santorini.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! George was a great host and made us feel welcome right from the start. He sorted out our airport transfers, ATV hire etc as soon as we asked and also had great recommendations for what bars, restaurants we should try. The accommodation and the pool were great and spotless when we arrived and throughout, so I would most definitely recommend staying at Eos Villas as it's the perfect location on the island between all the main areas you'd want to visit anyway.
