Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Once Upon A Woodenhouse

Nice and cozy place with wooden details in & out.Suitable for two,a family with kids or 4 friends. There are no seperate rooms on it. There is one kingsized bed and another couch that turns into bed.Close to the city center.Located in a quite neightbourhood really close to the airport and the central bus station.Only few minutes away walking there is the biggest house market(jumbo) in town and just opposite the street a supermarket and the bus stop.Every 20’ there is a route to the city center.

το σπιτι ειναι 29τ.μ.,1ος οροφος με μπαλκονι πολυ φωτεινο, βρισκεται στο πιο κεντρικο και τουριστικο σημειο της πολης πολυ κοντα στη λιμνη σε εμπορικα καταστηματα, μαγαζια εστιασης και διασκεδασης....στα 80 μετρα βρισκεται σουπερμαρκετ ανοιχτο ολη την ημερα μεχρι αργα το βραδυ.Στις παροχές του σπιτιού είναι επίσης δύο ποδήλατα καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στη λίμνη της πόλης όπου υπάρχει μια πολύ ωραία διαδρομή για ποδηλατοβόλτα (διαθεσιμότητα ποδηλάτων κατόπιν συνεννόησης).
