Farmstay holiday rentals in Ionian Sea

Very nice accommodation, very quiet location, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks some utensils to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). It would be great if that were added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

Katerina was a great host. Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Her property is surrounded by a beautiful garden and was very comfortable and peaceful for sleeping. She provided some items in the fridge and even cooked dinner one night. Her property is in a convenient location not far from the airport or many accessible beaches. One the last day she offered extended checkout time since the room was not booked for the following night. Overall a great experience on a beautiful island.

Giuseppina is a great hostess! The place is lovingly decorated and very clean. The kitchen utensils are sparse, but it has everything to cook a pasta, for example. The views are breathtaking. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the protected seating area in the morning sun, in the evening enjoy the sunset on the balcony for an aperitif. We were there in early October and had approx. 25 degrees. So, perfect. Grazie per tutto!

The place was really fantastic, everything is super clean and exactly as described. The view from the terrace is really fantastic and we would come back any time! A single drawback is that you can definitely hear “neighbors” in the apartment next door quite loudly if they are still active late at night. Of course, the host can't do anything about that and the accommodation itself is highly recommended!

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.

Calm place and very hospitable host! Walk distance to the sea. We like it very much!

We had the best 4 days ımagınable ın Orıana Cottage. Early May ıs a fabulous tıme ın Paxos - few tourısts, very green, wıth perfect temperatures of 24. Most tavernas were open and the beautıful beaches, accessıble on foot, were maınly deserted. Donatella was the perfect host, meetıng us off the ferry wıth her car. She ıs so kınd and helpful. The tradıtıonal small stone house was clean and sımple and full of character. The stone patıos were fılled wıth colourful flowerıng plants, a perfect place to eat and relax. We felt completely at home and loved meetıng the 3 outdoor cats who are respectful and well behaved.. Donatella kındly drove us across the ısland so we could see the spectacular whıte clıffs and the beautıful Erımıtıs beach from where we walked 6 mıles back home along tıny paths through the olıve groves. When we learned that our ferry to Corfu had been cancelled, Donatella came straıght round and helped us re book wıth Kamelıa Lınes . Thank you Donatella, we gıve you 10 stars

We were an elderly couple in May for 10 days as guests in Fotine's charming cottage. We can only confirm the many previous positive reviews. The warmth and friendliness of our hosts was impressive, who spoiled us with their own rural products such as eggs, cakes and goat cheese. The idyllic location amidst olive trees is beautiful, yet restaurants and the beach are easily accessible on foot or by car. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, rustic cottage! Rania is the heart and soul of the place – an incredible charming woman, warm and helpful. She supported us with any questions we had, as did the lovely housekeeper, whom we briefly had the pleasure of meeting. The lovingly renovated house is full of charm and has a special atmosphere. While the space is quite small overall, it’s cozy and thoughtfully furnished. A real highlight for us was the beautiful, peaceful terrace with mountain views – it felt like an outdoor living room :) There you have complete privacy and its really quiet, which we appreciated a lot. One thing to be aware of in advance: The kitchen is very basic – there’s only a single hotplate and just a few pots and utensils. But you have the barbecue at the terrace. Another highlight are the wild horses and the ancient olive trees you can see nearby. The beaches and restaurants are not far by car. All in all we loved to stay there and felt very welcomed <3

In Dionysios' accommodation, we felt at home from the beginning. The accommodation was exactly what it promised: great design, good location and the garden was a dream. In case of problems or questions, Dionysios was always and quickly available, he is a great host.

Lovely hosts, amazing views from the balcony and just a very peaceful, relaxing location and atmosphere! We loved the hosts who live downstairs and can recommend to anyone to stay at the apartment! :) They even helped us out very early morning on a saturday when we had a flat tyre! Efharisto!

Everything about this stay was amazing! Anta, Antoni and the entire team were so friendly, warm and welcoming. Wine and olive oil on arrival, daily check ins to see if there was anything more they could do, recommendations of the local area (including driving us to the shops when we'd gone to explore for ourselves!) - they are just incredible hosts. Our children loved playing with their girls, and we made the most of the beautiful pool, table tennis, tennis, running path... in the most beautiful of surroundings. We were even lucky enough to have a free tasting of the wine and olive oil produced from the estate (and brought plenty home too!), and it was lovely to listen to them share the history of their family and the local area. To explore the island we did need a car, but would absolutely do that again rather than staying somewhere more touristy. We hope to return - wonderful holiday!

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us the surroundings. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the owner's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are excellent conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by the morning we didn't feel like guests, but their relatives! Although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, the silence of the village night and roosters in the morning - everything came together in a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

We really enjoyed discovering Puglia. Being in Debora's house was perfect for going all over Puglia and resting in the evening at the house with our little girl. Thanks to Debora for your time!

We had a great stay! The pool is fantastic, very clean and provides a good cooling even in the middle of summer! The bungalow is very nicely and practically furnished! Very comfortable beds! We will be happy to come back :-)

We were very warmly welcomed, including great gifts. The place is very lavishly equipped, clean and welcoming. Nice tavern in the neighborhood. Hosts were always friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a lovely stay at villa Genovefa, tha house is private with a lovely pool and garden. It is situated 5 minutes on foot from all the village amenities. Mihalis is a great host always happy with help and advice. A perfect stay.

Exceptionel house and location; inside very cosy ( for colder evenings) and outside beautiful pool, terrace and garden. Everything you need in the kitchen, really a family home. Loutsia is amazing in assisting and easy reachable. We certainly want to come back!

Eleni and her son Nikos were great hosts. Very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very pretty and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had a peaceful and lovely holiday. Nearby are some very good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Couldn’t be better.

We had a wonderful week. We enjoyed pool time with the kids as well as two of the local beaches. A combination of local taverna meals, two nights eating in and two nights at restaurants gave us a varied week for meals. The location was peaceful and relaxing. We were so pleased with our choice. We had a wonderful time at Chris's! We had a lot of privacy in the cottage and the garden, the view is very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the apartment is decorated with love and attention and very nice that you can walk into the Meteora (recommended to explore the hiking trails, very beautiful trails and very quiet). Actually, everything was great! Very nice extra, the house has good screens so you can open everything up without mosquitoes. The last part of the road there is semi-paved, but it is perfectly possible to do it with a regular car.

We felt lucky to find Anna's place as our trip plans had to change at the last minute. Anna was super responsive and helpful right from the moment we booked the stay. We were stunned by how generous Anna was with her time, ensuring all our enquiries were addressed. The house is situated on the edge of a peaceful small village, and it felt peaceful and quiet. We loved the veranda where we enjoyed our meals while overlooking a garden space in front where our 2-year old was delighted to run around and chase Anna's pets :) A local hike on a mountain was a highlight with stunning spring flowers. The beach is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) and has a few restaurants on the beach with a pretty view over the Corinth gulf.

Quiet area of Old Alykanas. Lovely Tooting scops Owl at night. With a great view across sea to Kefolonia. You need a car for supermarket and for main beach at Alykinas. Also it is a 25 min walk each way to the main bars and Restaurants. The Lemon Tree restaurant is a closer walk. There is 30 steps to climb to the Villa. For us it was beautiful as we knew what we were expecting and we loved our apartment, the Greek restaurants and the coastal views. Thank you Dionysis
