Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Edita. Parfait pour 3 personnes, le logement est calme et agréable, le village est sympathique et la plage est à côté. Edita est très gentille et saura répondre à vos demandes. Merci beaucoup,je recommande totalement.

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

Stefania e Angela sono state gentilissime e sempre attente a ogni esigenza. L’appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e fresco anche senza accendere l’aria condizionata. Ottima la pulizia. Zona residenziale ma con pizzerie, pasticcerie e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Davvero consigliato! Grazie!

We loved the location - peaceful and picturesque with its own private beach. It was a short bus ride or 20/25 minute walk into Benitses town. The accommodation itself was clean and simple surrounded by olive trees and bougainvillea plus great views out to sea. The hosts, Tatiana and Markos, were welcoming, helpful and generous. Wir haben im August 2022 zwei Wochen im ehemaligen Gärtnerhaus auf Olgas Anwesen in Santa Caterina, Nardó, verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. [Das Grundstück] steht den Besucher:innen zur Mitnutzung zur Verfügung, ist gigantisch groß und super schön: Hängematten, Sitzgelegenheiten, Kakteen, unzählige Pinien, die Schatten bieten. [Olga] und ihre Familie ist sehr offen, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben häufig geplaudert, uns ausgetauscht und unterhalten. [Das Haus] war sehr sauber und ordentlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage hat uns manch schlaflose Nacht erspart. [Der Ort] Santa Caterina ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen und hat sich für uns als ideal erwiesen. Nicht zu groß, nicht zu touristisch, trotzdem konnte man Pizza und Pommes kaufen und am Strand essen, es gibt eine gute Restaurantauswahl, einen brauchbaren Spielplatz und hin und wieder spielt auch eine Band. Das wunderschöne (und beinahe einzige) Naturerlebnis ist ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen: Porto Selvaggio mit dem Torre dell'Allto. Auch der Sandstrand samt Grotte war sehr schön und nie zu voll. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. [Ausflüge] lassen sich auch gut organisieren. Wir wollten nie länger als 45 Minuten Auto fahren und haben es so bis Lecce, Otranto und Santa Maria geschafft. Schöne Sandstrände sind auch viele in der Nähe. Kurz: Würde es nicht unserem Urlaubsprinzip widersprechen, würden wir jedes Jahr zu Olga und ihrer Familie fahren.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Barbara was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het was erg fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de zwembaden. Een aanrader om hierheen te gaan!

Una sistemazione deliziosa, curata e pulitissima! Il portico è meraviglioso per rilassarsi e cenare la sera. Forse troppo, perché si stava così bene che non avevamo voglia di uscire! La posizione è perfetta, è un'area molto tranquilla e si raggiunge comodamente la vicina costa di Mancaversa e Gallipoli, e anche la statale che porta sia a Lecce che a Leuca. Host gentili, reattivi e sempre disponibili. Infine, un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile! Super consigliato. Ci torneremmo senza alcun dubbio.

Katia’s place was very warm and welcoming. It was clean and spacious, and had everything you needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. Katia even had some beach essentials such as beach rugs and bags, so make sure you ask before buying if you don’t plan on spending money on those for the trip. As for Katia, she was very sweet and helpful and a great host overall!

They are nice, a large space for the car in front of the entrance. Clean, correct price

Well, this is the cutest stay ever, plus the view is amazing. Alessandro has great taste and he made wonders with the space. It is small but it does not feel small, plus the balcony area is just perfect. It was great chatting with Alessandro, what a sweet guy. I could not recommend this little pearl of a place better. I am in love with it. I asked if he had a beach umbrella I could borrow and Alessandro went and arranged one. It was there when I arrived. It's the little things that made this stay so cozy. I will not tell more bc te surprise effect is lovely. I will come back 100%. Grazie Alessandro!

Sandra est une hôte extrêmement à l’écoute, disponible, proactive, douce, joviale, et tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer d’une personne qui met à l’aise. Au-delà de l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement (restauration, accès aux différentes petites criques, proche de location de véhicules, proche des arrêts de bus…) Sandra a répondu à toutes nos interrogations voire même faire des propositions selon les situations. Tout l’équipement dé l’appartement est neuf et bien entretenu. Le balcon / terrasse est spacieux et ensoleillé. Son mari et elle même tiennent un joli restaurant en bas des chambres / appartements que nous recommandons car tout est fait maison, avec des produits de qualités et cuisinés avec talent (mode de cuisson, textures, quantités, associations). Bref, n’hésitez pas à passer votre séjour ici même pour bénéficier d’un vrai temps de repos sans être confrontés à l’aspect touristique de la zone. Merci encore à Sandra pour son contact fluide, et le bien-être qui en ressort !

Wunderschöne, neu ausgestatte Wohnung, stilvolle Einrichtung und Meerblick mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen sowie einem beeindruckenden Kaktus vor der Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob wir etwas später auschecken dürfen, wurde ganz unkompliziert eingegangen – das war wirklich sehr entgegenkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Had a great time. Easy access to the town, 10 minutes on foot, which was handy considering that parking was really hard. Apartment was amazing and even more amazing view from the balcony. Anastasios was very responsive and helpful and we thank him very much.

Tatianas Strandhaus ist einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Meer. Besonders hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung gefallen und dass man direkten Strandzugang hat - besser geht es nicht: Tatiana ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, mit vielen Tipps. Sie hat uns sogar zum Bahnhof gebracht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Quel délicieuse et charmante maison de vacances. Un endroit de rêve, exceptionnel, confort extrême et silence absolu. Terrasse et jardinet très très bien entretenus, ombragés si vous le souhaitez, pour pour pouvoir prendre vos petits déjeuners dehors. Palazzo signorile in centro paese, sapientemente ristrutturato con gusto e con un fascino retrò. Poche camere, ma tutte curate, arredate con gusto e ricercatezza di dettagli. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per visitare il Salento con tranquillità ed essere coccolati.

Marinella è stata gentilissima ad accoglierci, mostrandoci tutte le chicche dell'appartamento e disponibile a darci consigli sulla zona, nonché per qualsiasi nostra necessità. È un ambiente molto familiare, con la casa sotto quella dei proprietari, ma accogliente. Consigliato anche per gli splendidi dintorni!

I can recommend these apartments if you are going to spend some time in Vlore. There is a lot of space in apartments, also furnished with all the necessary things, located pretty close to the city centre. Kreil is one of the most kind and polite hosts I’ve ever met :)

Heerlijk verblijf aan zee met topservice! Wat een fantastisch appartement! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons enorm welkom door de ongelooflijk gastvrije host, die werkelijk alles doet om je vakantie perfect te maken. Er stond zelfs een gevulde (koel)kast klaar bij aankomst – zo’n warm gebaar😍 Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, stijlvol ingericht en heel schoon. De ligging is ideaal: rustige omgeving, maar met restaurants en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Ook het privéstrand met ligbedden en parasol is heerlijk, de zee is goed toegankelijk, wat het extra prettig maakt. En dan het zwembad… Wauw! Heerlijk verkoelend met een panoramisch uitzicht op zee – daar wil je gewoon niet meer weg. ook brandschoon 👌🏻 Bovendien is het een perfecte uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie comfort, gastvrijheid en luxe aan zee zoekt. Nickos enorme dank 🫶🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Αψογη τοποθεσία...καταπληκτικό καθαρό μοντέρνο και πληρως εξοπλισμένο το σπιτι...αψογος ο οικοδεσπότης κύριος Γιώργος και η κυρία Μάρθα. Σε ο.τι κι αν ζητήσαμε ανταποκριθηκε αμέσως!!! Το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!!!! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!!!

Fijn verblijf gehad bij Jimmy. Ruimte zoals geadverteerd. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de moeder van Jimmy! Schat van een vrouw. Zelfs 's ochtends nog een lokaal ontbijtje op de kamer gekregen 😁.
