We had a great stay! Just a shame that we were not there the whole day because of the concert but we really enjoyed the ambiance, the cleanliness of the place and aesthetics. Bed is very comfortable. Sir Oliver and Ms Arlene were very good and sir Oliver allowed us to check-in early. Will definitely go back!

The owner is very accommodating. I asked if possible for early check-in, it was approved. I had last minute additional guests to check-in, it was totally fine and accommodated. Enjoyed the whole night stay and had to extend an hour to checkout and it was smoothly allowed by the owner. The place is clean and homie vibes, balcony with the view of the garden and pool area. Thank you! Definitely booked this again!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! The unit was spotless, beautifully designed, and had warm, cozy lighting that made the space feel extra homey. The interior was modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The kitchen was a major highlight—fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and a generous supply of condiments and cooking essentials. Everything we needed was provided, the bed and furnishings were high-quality and comfy. We also loved the stunning balcony view and relaxing roof deck. We experienced a brief power outage (which was out of the host’s control), but the host was very accommodating, understanding, and responsive throughout. Highly recommended!

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Well-spent birthday staycation with an amazing overlooking view. Definitely will comeback to unwind. Jacqueline was very accommodating — she assisted us from the moment we arrived, even waited in the lobby to make sure our check-in went smoothly and helped us with parking too. The whole stay was hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. Two days definitely weren’t enough! Sadly, we couldn’t extend since the place was already booked for the weekend. Hehe. I had an amazing experience staying at Home Hustler’s place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to SM Manila and Intramuros (our school) yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with Ma’am Cherry was smooth and prompt. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Metro Manila.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
