Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Intracoastal Waterway

It was our second stay here and we feel right at home there. We love the spacious back porch and large fenced yard for our dogs. It is very walkable to the beach but we were able to get parking by the beach access. The house is well stocked with everything you need and even lots of Tupperware! The owners have been renovating and adding to the appeal since the last time we came five months ago. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great place to go to only 1 hour and a half from Myrtle Beach

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed Carissa's place. The canal access, hot tub, hammocks/swings, and pleasant space were fantastic. Cherry Grove is a great part of Myrtle where you can still do fun things and get some peace. Garland

I don’t even no where to start!! This home is AMAZING!!!! The view, decor, space, etc etc it was well worth the price and more. The host was amazing!! Not once of a delay on any questions I asked and he also gave me heads up for door issue in advance. I will definitely come back to this home in the future

This beautifully landscaped secluded getaway is exactly what we needed. The large pond, small walking paths around the property and large screened in porch are a perfect way to detach from the day-to-day. When we stayed in May, the temperatures were cooler and the heated pool made it so much better to enjoy. The kids loved exploring the arcade machines upstairs as well. Highly recommend staying here if it remotely piques your interest!

Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Hot tub was clean so I stayed in the hot tub for about an hour while watching TV.

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

We had such a great stay here! Paul and Christine were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming of us and our 10 year old chatty Corgi mix. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out in, including a beautiful enclosed dog run in the back that has a hammock, chairs and garden. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, and walkable to nearby restaurants (we drove because of the dog). The location is perfect for Murrells Inlet and the drive to the beach was only about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

I recommend Gerard’s place to anyone looking for a quiet place in Murrells inlet. The main thing that impressed me, other than the view, was how clean and well kept the house is. I don’t even walk barefoot in my own home, but I did at Gerard’s place without hesitation. Thanks again Gerard and Gail.

We really enjoyed our stay here although short we came for a wedding and booked our stay here and would love to come back when we’re able to really enjoy the property and things to do. Lisa was lovely and was super nice during all of our interaction. My wife booked the stay and I had no knowledge about the property and I loved it. If you are looking for a beautiful, serene, and relaxing stay that’s still near the beach, book this NOW. What an absolutely incredible little getaway. The cabin itself was perfect, plenty of space for us and our toddler and extremely comfortable. The beds were great, and the abundance of windows throughout the cabin let us see the property from all angles which was so nice. Walking out on to the porch to hear the frogs and see the fish and the pond was an absolute highlight. Marie and Sean were so so communicative, and we did take Marie up on her offer to show our 2 year old the animals on the hobby farm. She is so knowledgable and kind, and we had a blast getting to meet the chickens and the cows. This location is about 45-50 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, where we visited the beach, and about 20 minutes into Summerville which has a farmers market on Saturdays and a cute downtown area. I would recommend this to anyone and I would love to come back and visit again.

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay & felt comfortable there. Really enjoyed the screen porch dining area looking at the lake. Would recommend. If you are going on the Ancient Cypress Tours it’s a great location to stay, only about 25 minutes away.

We were in town for my Mom’s funeral. I have lived in the nearby town of Cheraw for most of my life and had no idea such beauty was nearby! Dale’s place, surrounded by nature, was the perfect setting for us to relax and reflect during a tough weekend. My mom would have loved this place too! Next time we are in the area we will always stay here if available!

Vincent and his wife are so sweet and greeted us right when we arrived with a smile and showed us around. The cabin is very quiet and cozy. They also gave us fresh eggs for our dogs which was very kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also LGBTQ+ friendly and they made us feel right at home.

Host was very responsive. House was clean. Few games for families. Peaceful. Dock was nice but not many fish other than a few baby bass on crickets and bobber. Did get to see a couple baby alligators though! Beds are VERY firm. All in all it was a nice halfway pitstop between our vacation in Alabama and our home state of Virginia.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful three nights at the cabin. We were in the area visiting family and it was a perfect fit for our trip. Convenient to stores and restaurants, but the farm a world unto itself! We loved the view of the lake and ducks from the front porch, and watching the horses grazing from the back deck. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed, and the bed and bedding incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed stopping by the farm store for coffee and snacks, had fun visiting with the animals, and enjoyed the fire pit and the quiet evenings. Elizabeth provided all the information we needed, and was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a lovely experience. We would definitely love to visit again!
