What a beautiful location and home this was! We loved that when we walked inside the house it not only looked squeaky clean but smelled amazing! We kind of had an upsetting experience as we came on a rainy day and the power went out. We had been looking forward to our time here, but José was very accommodating and understanding. He went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. Just make sure to book ahead and check the weather as you’ll definitely want to stay here! It’s so beautiful and a very safe location. Absolutely a 5/5 stay! We can’t wait to be back 😍

I want to recommend this place. The place is in an excellent area of Siguatepeque, literally 3 minutes from the main street where you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc! Nuvia was very attentive at all times. His directions to get there were very clear as well as the way to enter the house. Inside the house everything was crisp, super clean, tidy, with lots of towels (something I loved) and the beds and rooms as described in the photos. The rooms had functional air conditioning as well as hot water, especially in a place like Siguatepeque where the water comes out cold! In the kitchen, he had two water bottles for us to use. The house is located in a super private neighborhood with controlled access and security guards. Definitely when I return to Siguatepeque I will come back here!
