Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

We stayed 3 people there. There are one bedroom and big saloon. Apartment is pretty central, super clean, comfortable furniture, helpful landlord. Do not hesitate to stay there :) Best Regards

The location of the house is amazing, you’re across the street from Opera. But since the room is facing another street, it’s quiet: Pictures are accurate, everything looks new, very clean. Bed is comfortable, wifi works great. From the window you see a beautiful building. The host was helpful when we had questions. My only recommendation would be to provide clearer direction for finding the apartment inside the building. It’s a big building, there are multiple doors to get in. Overall, it was a great stay for 4 nights.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flo’s apartment. The location is very convenient, tram, subway stations, and even the airport line are just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get to the main attractions either by walking or using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and there’s even a grocery store open on the weekend just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. Highly recommend!

Traumhafte, gut ausgestattete Designerwohnung (inkl. Soundsystem) in toller Lage, Straßenbahn fast vor der Haustür. Klimaanlage war Gold wert (Maisonette mit großflächigen Fenstern, die sich bei sonnigem Wetter schnell aufheizt). Gastgeber Julian sehr nett und sympathisch. Ich komme gerne wieder!
