Rose Cottage in the heart of Ingelheim

Or the "Burgkirche", a church with an impressive fortification. In the old part of the town you find a whole number of very good wineries. From Ingelheim a ferry takes you to the romantic Rheingau. Behind Bingen (10 km from Ingelheim), the romantic part of the Rhine with ancient castles starts. Ingelheim is close to Mainz and Wiesbaden.

The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
