This is an adorable cottage managed by lovely people. Thanks to Stephen, his partner, and his mother for their gracious hospitality! I am very grateful. This is a historic half-timber home with wood floors and stairs, high upstairs ceilings, and an updated interior. We found the bedding comfortable with bedroom blinds adjustable for sleep promotion, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked, patio delightful with sun and bird songs, and overall decor attractive and soothing. The air temperature is adjustable in the bedrooms and living room with both cooling and heating options. The coffee maker is a Nespresso type, and we appreciated the basketful of coffee pods and bottle of wine upon entry! This home is in a peaceful and safe location behind a locked gate with both the owner and the owner's mother to each side. The S-Bahn stop is a short walk away and will take you to central Frankfurt including Romer (download the RMVgo app to buy and load train tickets).

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

We stayed with 8 adults and 4 small children. We felt very comfortable. The children had plenty of space for exercise and in the evening we could grill with a delicious barbecue and make a nice fire in the evening. Nadine and Erik were very helpful and everything you needed was in the accommodation. Thank you Nadine and Erik for the great vacation!

The fisherman's house in Kaub is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Dirk is a super nice host and provided us with a lot of practical information and greeted us personally upon arrival. The cottage is lovingly renovated and every room tells history(s). You can feel that every item is not in place for no reason and that there is a reminder of this. We loved spending time here. A bit like in a museum and yet you don't feel like you can't move freely and live in the house. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the outdoor seating with a glass of wine in the evening after hiking. The Rhine Valley is particularly beautiful at this point, so the accommodation is the ideal base camp for hiking in the area. We would come back any time!

The apartment was very nicely decorated. We were missing a little something in the kitchen (teapot) but Jaqueline brought it to us directly on request. Everything super 👍🏼

We spent a weekend in Birgit and Michael's apartment. The apartment is very clean, cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets to stay for a few weeks. The hosts are very friendly and have given us good tips for sightseeing in the area. The small, lovingly designed and planted courtyard is also beautiful. We highly recommend the place.

Our week at Haus Anneliese has far exceeded our happy expectations. The house is really very cozy and beautifully furnished, it was wonderfully clean, everything was thought of and the amenities are great. For us with a small son, it was also particularly great that the hosts were so child-friendly and that we could also play on the (private) part of the yard, where there are wheelbarrows and table tennis as well as horses and rabbits, among other things. The location of the house is also beautiful. Right outside the door, you can enjoy the view and walk in all directions between fields, vines and villages. Within 20-30 minutes you can reach Mainz, Bingen and other cities worth seeing, as well as the Rhine and its many castles. We had a very nice time, thank you very much! Lisa & Family

What a great find! We were in Weisbaden, visiting family and Philipp's place was perfect! Quite neighborhood and walkable to the river. We enjoyed a couple of great restaurants and gelato almost every evening! Centrally located to Wesibaden city center or Mainz, this was a perfect stay for our family! The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the outdoor space was inviting. Would definitely stay again!!

Extremely tasteful, cozy and beautiful little apartment. Very clean, and well maintained, everything new and high quality. The communication with Barbara is very reliable, very nice and since she lives spontaneously in person across the street. Comfortable beds. We'd like to come back. Highly recommended!

A very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you may need for a longer stay. Mainz and Bad Kreuznach are a short trip away by train. Definitely recommend.

I have now been to Kerstin's for the second time. A nice, small cozy apartment with everything you need. Very clean and very quiet. In summer you can use the terrace wonderfully and in the evening a deer sometimes jumps over the meadow opposite. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay in Oestrich-Winkel A very charming, clean and well-equipped apartment! There was nothing missing. The location is very good: in a few minutes you can be at the Rhine, or in one of the many wineries in the area. The hosts were very friendly and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

Idyllically located with a quiet garden and perfect as a family to unwind and cool off on hot summer days! Very good facilities of kitchen, bathroom and toys for children as well as information about the area etc. Highlight was the swing in the garden for the little one Super hospitable with welcome cakes and water. We will be happy to come back.

Only 1 night of the accommodation may be enjoyed for transit. But apartment was clean, large and soft towels made available, parking opposite the house, various restaurants in the vicinity and city park. Good bed and spacious balcony. All in all a nice place with a view of the Main (and planes from nearby airport).

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy,. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and find yourself in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom at the back is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Nice place, with outside space on a quiet street. A lovely local park, close to the bus into town and walkable to the nearest supermarket.

Very nice, modern apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the vineyards. We felt very comfortable with our 8-year-old daughter and also enjoyed the terrace and garden. Very friendly hosts with great tips - thank you, we will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly received and immediately felt at home. The apartment is clean, spacious and fully equipped. The balcony overlooking Rheinfels Castle is a dream. The key handover went smoothly and the farewell was also very nice and warm. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

The apartment was great and in a perfect location for touring the area. The apartment is spacious with modern furnishings and has everything you need. The bathroom is large and has great lighting. The windows in the living had a great view of the Rhine and a castle. As someone who loves castles, this is the perfect place.

It was all to our absolute satisfaction. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. We were able to safely park our bicycles in a spacious bicycle room. The location in the city center of Bingen was great. We were able to visit supermarkets and restaurants in just a few steps. The noise described in the other reviews was absolutely bearable for us. It's just downtown/pedestrian zone and not a forest hut in the middle of nowhere. So we can only highly recommend the apartment. 🤩👍
