Enjoy the peaceful view from this house on 15 acres. Sleeps 10. Three bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and full bath, one with a king-sized bed, and one tiny room with a narrow-twin bed and full bath. The dining room also has a small sofa bed, and the living room has a double sofa bed, a very long couch, and a narrow-twin bed. Located 1 mile from downtown Sparta, and a quarter mile to a wonderful public gym/pool. Self check-in. Internet, TV and streaming. Plenty of parking. No pets.

Stone’s Throw Cabin is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains on approximately 1 1\2 acres on its own grounds. It is the perfect, private, small rustic getaway Cabin with its own private driveway. Just a 40 second drive to the New River Public access where you can enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking etc., The small town of Independence is just 15 minutes away, convenient for groceries, restaurants and rental of kayaks etc., Visit Grayson Highlands National Park for hiking and spot wild ponies.

Creekside Bungalow (at Dream Rock Silo)

We have been renovating an old 1950's dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private bungalow on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. Beautiful 1900 family farmhouse with lots of breathing room! This amazing no pet fee dog friendly piece of heaven is 14 secluded acres on the eastern edge of our farm, founded in 1760. Beautiful meadows, forest, springs, creek and pond. Pet friendly. We love doggy visitors! Hike over the farm, anf large fenced meadows. Enjoy the fire pit. Have a really large group? Add Sunrise Cottage and Meadows, also on the farm. Or Middleside Farmhouse, likewise on the farm.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Come stay in our peaceful cabin with sweeping views of the New River and the blue ridge mountain range! Nestled in the mountains, we built this cabin back in 2017 as a family. As you enter our home, you can see photos of the process. We are a big family and having a central place to meet has been so special to us. River Front retreat

Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath post & beam style cabin. It sits on 4 acres with mountain access/views, and river views with easy access. We are directly on the New River with 330 feet of river frontage at the end of a private road with plenty of distance to the closest neighbor. The living room has a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with a pullout couch and 2 sets of French Doors opening onto the front porch and the spacious side covered porch.
