Quite the opposite: it is much better. The attention Ivan gave us was something out of the ordinary. The house is very beautiful, well cared for, pleasant decoration, extremely clean, large and fenced ground that is great for those who have pet, indoor parking, quiet street, gated condominium safely. The well-kept pool, beautiful view, good lighting. My two dogs ran and had a lot of fun. Cristiane was very considerate and kind. One of the best homes we've ever stayed in. My family loved the stay.

The house is exactly like the photos, with everything you need and a little more. Quiet street, although it is the center of the city, cozy house and yard, everything very well taken care of. Carol is super friendly and proactive and, in addition to making check-in flexible, she even left treats for us (including the dogs🐶🐶). We love and recommend!

Our stay at Mari's place was great. We were very well received by her and her husband at the beginning, who showed us everything and gave us instructions and tips. The accommodation was a delight, the place is super quiet and very good. We will return more often.

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

The apto is impeccable (thematic decoration a charm apart), clean and comfortable, all the utensils worked perfectly (all new). Henrique and Rosana village of Henrique and Rosana, they respond quickly, gave us hints of places. The hosts are committed to making the hosting experience the best possible, including open to suggestions to make the environment even more welcoming. We are very pleased with the accommodation, any other opportunity will surely return to Studio Senna.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Ivanete's Airbnb and it was exactly what we needed! The location was great, offering a peaceful retreat that wasn't too central but still conveniently located. We especially loved being near a very good bakery, which was a delightful bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was incredibly easy, making our arrival stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Ivanete's place to other travelers and would happily stay here again in the future!

I took a business trip and would stay at this place again. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, it has all the basic amenities, it was quite clean, the shower is great. I note that the bedroom does not have air conditioning, only the living room. It is located in the center of Campinas but there is a lot of commerce in the surroundings, so it did not seem like a dangerous area. Dia supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, gym, all within walking distance. The building has a gym but it is extremely basic and has bad equipment, I recommend using the neighborhood gym that has a promotional price for those who are on Airbnb. Easy to communicate with the hosts.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, and comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.
