Great house structure, cleaning, maintenance, utensils, space, even better than the photos show I super request host, quick replies, answering all questions and quickly answering any demand. I recommend it 100% Note 10!!!

I went with my family to spend the Easter holiday and we love the space! Well-assembled, well-equipped house with plenty of room for sleep and leisure. We were well received and we always had very clear guidelines and willingness to answer questions that arose. We had no difficulty finding the place and we found the condominium extremely pleasant for the silence and nature. For those who like outdoor walks is great tb! I will come back for sure!

The house of Camila corresponds to the photos, extremely clean, very easy communication, everything we need we have been attended to on readiness, we have taken advantage of the space a lot.

Very large house, very clean and organized, great for get-togethers, lots of space, big pool. Guilherme has always been very helpful and flexible with the needs. He made good indications of suppliers and left extra air mattresses to use in the house.

The stay was great. From the reservation to the end, we always had all the attention and care not only of Giovanna, but of her parents, especially her mother who was my direct contact. The house is quite spacious and nice. Everything that was announced and contracted has been fulfilled. I recommend it.

The accommodation offered by Mariana and her family allowed us to disconnect from the routine and tribulations of life in São Paulo. A super well thought out and cared for place, cozy, and very beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, airy and clean. The balcony is a great place to rest in the shade or during a light rain. The pool receives its daily care and we were very happy to find a pool ladder that was very accessible for my elderly parents. My sister took her "puppy" and we felt very safe, as every area has gates and fences (discreet and efficient). After months of not being able to play tennis due to health treatment, my father was able to hit a ball on one of the condominium's great courts. Communication with Mariana and the staff who assisted us on arrival at the house was excellent, always helpful and quick. Definitely a nice, safe, very special place!! Thank you Mariana and family for making the space available =)

The house is just like the pictures! We found everything neat and clean! The house is in a gated community, so it's super quiet and safe! Dona Roseli always responded promptly to all messages. It was well worth the stay! House with cable TV and Wi-Fi available to guests, good for those who have to work during the stay.

We had a great family weekend at Ricardo's house, which is very spacious and cozy. The outdoor area is very nice. Thank you!

The accommodations are excellent and the place is even better than the one described in the listing (for example, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms). The homeroom Herculis is thoughtful and helpful. Contact with the Host was very easy and has always been helpful. My only complaint gets in the way after entering the property, in case it was raining, I find it unlikely that a car without traction on the four axles can move to the site premises without problems (which are about 5 minutes by car from the entrance to the property). I think it is important to highlight this as it could have been a disturbance in case of rain. Overall, the Sítio do Sabiá is excellent, would return again without a doubt.

Really everything was good , from the reception to the exit . It was flexible with schedule and very polite , the house was impeccable and every place well divided and with various things like spending time . A great place to rest with the family and enjoy the place . Hope to return soon 🙏🏽

Everything is very well cared for, extremely clean and with a charm that made us feel at home from the first moment. We spent great family days at Waldemir and Cátia's house! Our dogs also took great advantage of the space, which was all surrounded. The description and photos of the listing match what we found in the house. Clean and well-maintained environment. The house is well equipped. Pleasant condominium, quiet and looked very safe. Waldemir and Cátia were very attentive from booking to checkout. We look forward to returning soon!

The exterior space of the house is wonderful, very wooded and quiet, by the way, you hear the sound of birds and nature all the time. For what you are looking for a quiet place, I indicate a lot. The condominium is also very nice, has a lake and an absurdly tasty waterfall, well worth it. The only recommendation I would leave would be in relation to Tv, which is an old model and you can't watch movies. Besides that, nothing to complain about. Super recommend!!

I stayed with my family at carnival. Everything went as expected. Bênnon and Denise are very attentive and helpful. The house is super well equipped, great for a weekend/family holiday. The condominium has a good location, is quiet and has beautiful surroundings. As the host says, they don't rent a house, but rather they host people on their property. In fact, they live on the property. Although in a space separate from the guest listings, it is natural to see them a few times a day. For us it was not an issue as they were able to help promptly with some questions/referrals and are very nice and kind people, but I imagine that other guests may have different expectations about privacy. Bênnon himself took care of breakfast daily, which we consider a positive point.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.
