It is located 10km from the center of Pomerode, where most of the city's tourist attractions are located. The access road is almost entirely paved. The ranch has ample space with a private entrance and parking, and has a brick house surrounded by gardens, orchards, streams and ponds, and a vast green area with springs that cross the ranch. The leisure area has a barbecue, a wood oven and a floor fire. Next to it is the pool with plenty of space for sunbathing.

Chalet located in the back of the best and most famous colonial café in the region: Café da Mãe Joana! Close to the center and less than an hour from the lake region. Located 20 minutes from Pomerode and 10 minutes from Timbó. The accommodation is close to several Restaurants (including delivery/ifood), Pharmacies and Markets. Chalet guests get 20% off at Café da Mãe Joana. We do not provide bed and bath linens (bath towel, sheet, blanket and pillowcase).
