This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

I highly recommend it if you need to stay with your family or friends in Songdo. It's a good value, and there are 4 rooms and 9 beds. Two bathrooms. I was able to use it without any shortage because there was a dining table and 8 chairs. Also, how clean it is, there is no dust on the interior accessories. The bathroom was clean without any mold. Central Park is about a 10-minute walk away. Costco is a 5-minute walk from the complex, so you can also see the Jangdo. The best part is that the boss is quick to respond and very friendly. There are many good hotels around. I felt that this Airbnb showed good quality that was comparable to a hotel.

The accommodation has everything you need. I had a comfortable stay because I didn't need to look for the little things that travelers need... I'll use it again if I have to go to Bupyeong next time. It's really close on foot. Convenience.

I used it well for over a month. The surrounding area was quiet because it was a residential complex, and the subway and restaurants... were also within walking distance, so it was very convenient. The wonderful trail that runs through the accommodation was a pleasure to enjoy a leisurely walk in the evening. - It was nice to have 4 beds, so each person could use one. - The house was clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were prepared, so there was no inconvenience in using it: towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryers, hair straighteners, etc. -It's spacious! Really good point. - The bathroom is clean and has a bidet. The shower has a strong water pressure, which is nice. -It's more accurate to take a K-map than a map of N companies! It's hard to find a house because the map of Company N is circular. - The TV wasn't small, and it was a decent family home size. It was nice to turn it on and chat. - It was a really pleasant place to have a chat together~ Heh heh. I want to come again next time >_<

Hye Jung was very accommodating and responded really quickly when i enquired about the place. The place was really clean, quiet and exactly like the pictures. I recommend this place for travellers who would like to be close to the airport.

First of all, the host always responded quickly and kindly to the answers I asked🙏🏻 (really so kind!) The accommodation has a slightly cozy feel! There were so many supplies that I didn't need to bring my own luggage! There were all kinds of seasonings, and if you're having a barbecue, be sure to bring some ssamjang! If there was a slight disadvantage, it was that the air conditioning wind was difficult to circulate to the second floor, so the upper floor was a little hot, but it gradually became cooler, so if you get hot a lot, you can cool it off enough on the first floor (?) I have to go up! Other than that, I like everything and I'm making so many happy memories!

I spent the night chatting with my friends in a pleasant environment. It was nice that the owner's taste matched ours. A morning of tea in a bright living room It was really nice. I was impressed by the incense and water purifier that caught the smell at the moment. The only flaw was the smell of the bathhouse sewer. It must have been because I had high expectations for a really clean bathroom. I turned the ventilator and it was solved. I live in Ilsan, but I'll come back when my friend comes. I just entered an alley from the main street of Chinatown, but it was very quiet, and the ability to communicate quickly with the host was a great advantage.

Great clean apartment, I stayed there for about a week to attend a conference at Songdo Convensia, only a 10min walk away. Central Park is also right next door and there are many shops nearby. C was very welcoming and helpful, thanks for the stay!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Donna Kim’s place. The European-style apartment is brand new and beautifully upgraded—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely regretted booking it for only a few days—I easily could have stayed a month or more. The view overlooking the park was peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to great eateries, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. The space was spotless with not a speck of dust, plenty of hangers, lots of room, and high-quality amenities throughout. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, surprising me with gestures during my stay that went above and beyond. Even the smallest things left a lasting impression—kindness I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across South Korea, this has been by far the best, and I've stayed in a lot of locations.

It was reasonably quiet because it was far from the downtown area, but it was convenient enough to walk around, and the subway station and bus stop were close. The accommodation was also very tidy, and there were many cooking utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, so it was good for cooking.
