Hello? This is Park Avenue. Our accommodation is perfect for those who want to have a quiet and comfortable rest. When I miss rest and need a break, when I miss the sea, it is an accommodation that blends the sound of the sea and the scent of the forest. The natural environment is abundant, such as the sports facilities (futsal court, basketball court, jockey court, badminton court) in the neighborhood park of 20,000 pyeong right behind the accommodation, and the Dulle-gil and coastal trails created throughout, so there is no shortage of loose rest. Parking is available in front of the accommodation building for free. If there is no space in front of the building, even if you park on the side of the road or in the vacant lot, there is no parking restriction because it is private in the village, so please refer to it. The accommodation is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, refrigerator, drum washing machine, induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, pot, frying pan, and various tableware, and a ceiling air conditioner in each room and living room.

Dog cafe on the 1st floor, restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floors There are local amenities such as a mart that can be reached on foot. It's double-storied. -1 king size luxury bed on the 1st floor -There are 2 super single mattresses on the 2nd floor. It is a pretty cottage with a terrace and a jacuzzi, located near the entrance to Gyeonghwa-do Manisan. We built it with care so that you can play with your family and children. In addition to the bedroom, there are 3 bathrooms, so 3 families can use it without any inconvenience. There is also an air conditioner in each room, so it is pleasant even in summer. Such an amazing stay! First of all, the host is so great! Great communication and extremely accommodating^^ Secondly, the room was the best. Truthfully, before arriving, my hopes weren’t high. But immediately after checking in, my expectations were shot out the water. The room was very clean. The provided appliances were super convenient (especially the dryer!). The view was so beautiful. And the location and price were unbeatable. I am honestly so surprised there wasn’t more people lining up to stay the night here. I’ve already recommended the room to family and friends!! If I have the opportunity to visit Incheon again, I will definitely stay here!!

This apartment is located next to lively Time Space shopping center that has many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The apartment includes parking and the host is very helpful and responsive. Similar to many studios in Korea the place is small and the bed is soft. The building has many floors and rooms so expect wait times for the elevators.

The place was really clean! 😊 And there is a bus stop 1 minute away right in front of the accommodation, so it's easy to go to Incheon International Airport or Airport Railroad! The panoramic ocean view that you can enjoy at any time is truly fantastic both day and night!✨ The host is very kind and responds quickly if you have any questions! I loved all the mates I stayed with, and they said they rested comfortably and well. During my stay, mood lights were installed, but I was satisfied because I really worked hard to manage it, and I was satisfied that you were trying to make it better.😂 I intend to make good memories and memories while staying at this accommodation, and if Yeongjong comes again next time, I intend to stay here. The place was really nice!!!

Thanks to the kind host, I spent my time feeling the good space fully. It's a pity that I didn't see the sunset and sunrise because of the weather, but I'm going to visit again next time using that as an excuse! It's a great place to visit alone when you need a break from your exhausted daily life! I hope I can stop by the wine shop next time:)

I highly recommend it if you need to stay with your family or friends in Songdo. It's a good value, and there are 4 rooms and 9 beds. Two bathrooms. I was able to use it without any shortage because there was a dining table and 8 chairs. Also, how clean it is, there is no dust on the interior accessories. The bathroom was clean without any mold. Central Park is about a 10-minute walk away. Costco is a 5-minute walk from the complex, so you can also see the Jangdo. The best part is that the boss is quick to respond and very friendly. There are many good hotels around. I felt that this Airbnb showed good quality that was comparable to a hotel.
