Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Imperial County

Katie's place is really great and she's an amazing host. I felt right at home. I stayed for 3 weeks for work. The kitchen is fully equipped, I even made some stew in a slow cooker. She was also very responsive and helpful. I had to get my credit card mailed out to me and there was USPS delay. She was very helpful. I would definitely stay at Katie's again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel and stay in air bnbs fairly often for work, and I admit I don't always take the time to leave a review - but we were so impressed by the perfect balance of niceness with comfortable and homey feelings that I had to this time. The home is laid out well, roomy, has comfortable furniture, humongous beautiful kitchen I wish I had at home, and the yard was perfect for us and our two large dogs that end up traveling with us. The pool, patio, large shady tree, and grass area were very pleasant for hot Yuma evenings, and the neighborhood while nothing special felt clean, safe, and was conveniently located for us. All in all we will definitely stay here again if possible when traveling to Yuma!

The place was extremely comfortable and peaceful, it is 30 miles from Indio so be aware of the drive. But there are stores close by for emergency stuff like coffee or things someone might have forgotten. It is a duplex and the last night we were there the people were loud, sounded like banging on the walls. They were doing construction when we got there, we stayed a week and some days, and THAT was not as loud as the ones who rented beside us. So be aware of possible neighbors. But I do not regret it, was totally worth the pay just to enjoy that peace. The house was awesome! My daughter enjoyed her own space. It looks small but so much space on the inside. You can enjoy the front yard with a BBQ and no one will bother you. There is a neighbor but you would barely notice. I enjoyed the home so much I will keep this for the next trip.

Perfect in every way. We had such a great time! Zero Complaints with the house. Jordan was very helpful and informative. There are a lot of stairs to the dock, but we enjoyed the workout! Jordan went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be booking Salt Cedar on the Lagoon again.

We absolutely loved this home. It is by far the best rental property we have booked. It was spotless and had everything we could need. The remodel was beautiful, and layout was perfect, reminded us of a nice hotel. Kevin was super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent this property again if it is available.

Jesus, was very responsive, flexible and really made our spontaneous trip to float the CO river possible! Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool table!

The nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far! Karlos’ place is a hidden gem. Comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely clean with everything you need. We had our own parking spot off the street right in front of the entrance and loved the gated entrance. It added another level of privacy. When we walked into the home it was refreshing after being in the Arizona heat, the air conditioning works great. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor and size of the home, it was much larger than we expected! The home was so clean and nicely put together, we felt like we were the first people to stay there! Karlos literally has the home stocked with anything you could possibly need! Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper, pool towels, Tupperware, a stocked coffee bar, cooking utensils, oils and a couple seasonings for cooking, and the pool was fantastic! The place was truly outstanding and our family can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Karlos

Absolutely perfection. The photos doesn’t do this Airbnb justice. It is far more attractive and beautiful inside as well as outdoor patio. This Airbnb is truly an out of the park home run smash it. Anyone who is in the Yuma area must check out Maria’s property. She’s a phenomenal host. The Airbnb is phenomenal, hands-down and has everything that you need the perfect stay in the city. Next time I’m in the area I will be sure to stay at her place.

I’ve traveled for the last five years and I can honestly stay this stay was easily in my top three. The entire family was beyond kind and extremely responsive. The place literally has everything you can need. My only complaint is I wasn’t able to stay longer. Thank you so so much again for opening your home to me.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

We were in Yuma for the college World Series and this was our 1st time staying in an Airbnb… we absolutely loved it! My favorite part was the quiet back porch. I enjoyed my morning coffee there and my husband used the grill each evening to make supper. Everything we needed to cook, grill, or clean was readily available. My husband and I both needed to work while we were away from home. The condo was perfect for him to work a few hours at the desk and I at the kitchen bar while our teen daughter did her thing in the 2nd bedroom. Internet worked great for everything. Overall wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again if we ever need to visit Yuma again.

Everything was as expected and the place is very nicely laid out and updated. Super easy parking right outside the gate, easy to get in and smells good as soon as you open the door. There’s water in the fridge for you and snacks! The towels are fluffy and smell great. The sheets are lovely. Would definitely rent again.

My family enjoyed our stay here in Yuma. Comfortable beds and good location. Good value for the money! We even made lemonade with the lemons off of a lemon tree!

I stay here annually for a softball tournament in Yuma. Greatly recommended, perfect location as everything is 10-15mins away.
