House holiday rentals in Imperial County

Robert place was great! It was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the pool, ping pong table, and they even had board games/card games that we enjoyed. The only feedback I would give would be the trash can in the kitchen. There was only a smaller bathroom sized trash can under the sink. We did find a bigger trash can in the garage but the trash bags didn’t fit. Other than that everything was perfect and everything we needed for a fun weekend away with our family!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s home! The pool was a big hit with the family, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and feel at home. The house had everything we needed—including a spacious kitchen and fun amenities like the pool and BBQ. I’d absolutely recommend this place to others. One small thing we noticed were some dark marks on a few doors that looked a bit like smoke or heavy dust stains—not a big deal, just something we weren’t quite sure about. Overall, though, it didn’t take away from an enjoyable stay!

Place was clean and comfortable. Spent alot of time on upper deck during evening and night …star gazing! When issue came up with A/C Allen was quick to respond and get the problem fixed ! Enjoyed the garage full of games and the pool and hot tub!

Thanks for letting us check in an hour early. AC was great. One question was never answered and I noticed a drop in prices while I was in Yuma at other Airbnb’s. Hundreds in some cases.

Enjoyed the feeling of the place and the way it was furnished. Fit well into southwest setting. Comfortable beds. Large shower and double sinks in primary bedroom. Liked the water dispenser. Would stay there again.

Had a great experience at this place. The hosts were super responsive, the house was immaculate and incredibly spacious. Plenty of room for everyone and things to do. We went with 2 kids and 1 infant. The master has enough space for a pack and play which made our stay even better. Would definitely book again.

Overall, the property was exactly what we needed plus some. Not having to launch and retrieve the boat each day was ideal on the busy holiday weekend. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Last but definitely no least was the backyard space with a view of the river. Had my coffee out there every morning.

Cute spot, pool is not heated which doesn’t matter after May. There isn’t any soap or hygiene basics for the bathroom, so bring those. Not a lot of cooking stuff like tin foil, storage containers, or a microwave. No cookie sheet to heat up leftovers (because no microwave) if you have them, we had to get creative. Very strong fragrance when you walk in because they have a tone of wall plug ins. We just unplugged them. Nice spot in a good location though!

This place is a great find for yuma. This is our second stay here. House is huge, yard is great for dogs and the pool you cant beat. We really enjoy staying here. We spent all our time outdoors for the holiday weekend and thats exactly why we picked this place. The yard, pool, kitchen area are all great. Our stay was slow and perfect and the house made us feel at home.

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Benjamin was very organized with details which made the stay effortless. This was absolutely perfect, and it's in a great location for my first visit to Yuma. Quiet, clean, great communication and Benjamin had everything that was needed for the stay. Highly recommend this place.

I rented this house for my 5 nurses. It was a beautiful house. If we had concerns, they were on top of it. The welcome basket was a perfect touch for a perfect house. It was clean and beautiful. Caeden was friendly and quick to respond when I had any questions. I felt right at home. The house had all the necessities I needed for traveling which was nice. Will definitely be back when I come to Yuma.

Our employees enjoyed their stay very much. They said it beat staying at a hotel and felt way more comfortable.

Host was very nice. New remodel by the river lot needs cleaning up from demo work done on property. With some basic cleanup by the river and small dock access that’d be a great fishing spot. I caught a 6# channel catfish on-a hot dog the first night that was fun. Weldon gave tips for catching bluegill for bait and thank you I caught a few bait fish but couldn’t catch the big flat head. House needs More basic things like can opener and spoons for cooking. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable. Will book again. Thank you.

Great place! Very clean and plenty of space. Blanca and Jorge were very responsive and accommodating! Plenty of amenities available. We would definitely stay again!

I absolutely fell in love with this house! It is small but was perfect for myself, my fiance and our two service dogs. There is not a door on the bedroom that leads into the living room so some may not like that but for us it was perfectly fine. The back yard is fully fenced in, which my pups loved, but there is only a small patch of grass which didn't bother my dogs but may bother others. The house was exactly like the pictures and felt very much like a home for us for the week. We hope to stay here every time we are in town in the future as well. Kat was fantastic and answered any questions I had super quickly and thoroughly. Definitely book this house to be close to restaurants, shopping and a beautiful park within walking distance!

We had a great stay. This place is a gem. Very interesting combination of old school vibes and modern touches.. The surrounding area was great. We had great food at the Ski Inn and breakfast at the café in the morning. It was also a ton of fun to explore the beach and all the artwork all over town. Bombay Beach is a magical little piece of the imperial Valley.
