The wonderful house and place. Very close to the beach, in addition to having facilities that allowed interaction with nature while performing other tasks, such as working out. The house had everything you needed, for example barbecue balcony overlooking the garden, well-equipped kitchen and parking in front of the house. The host was very cortez and always answered very quickly everything we asked. The excellent picina and next to a restaurant. A very quiet place that gave us good nights of sleep. All very good. Not to mention that it was a great cost-benefit. I highly recommend it.

The days we spent at Patricia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is quiet, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. The condo is very nice, it has gazebos, a restaurant and direct access to the sea. The beach in front is excellent and quiet. The surroundings are also very nice to explore. We really like hosting! The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for those who want to rest. The house was clean, organized, and with all services available as described on the website. The condominium is also quite calm, and the pool is great — my kids loved it, especially the part intended for children under 5 years old. On Saturday, the condominium got a little busier and there was loud sound in some homes, but the situation was quickly resolved. Other than that, everything was perfect. A true refuge of peace for those who already know Imbassaí.

Casa Da Chris is a beautiful villa where we spent 4 days. The photos and description perfectly match reality. Easy access with Chris' details. Located in a quiet and secure residence and 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach! Very responsive hosts who provided us with lots of tips. We will come back to it without hesitation!

The apartment is very nice, corresponding with the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and send information. The condominium has a good structure and is ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, excellent place to rest, having a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a beach area not suitable for bathing (very agitated sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car, already allows access to beaches with the calmer sea.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejajinha and easy access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The villa is very well taken care of, common areas always clean, people of the discreet and requested concierge, a safe place, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to take advantage, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without discrediting the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction , we recommend the following: have a greater amount of bath towels; face and cloths; promote the separation of the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of small gill (justified by the amount of rain). We only have to praise and thank the host, we recommend it.

The only negative point is the issue of not having a parking space for visitors, a house that receives up to 8 people sometimes comes in more than 2 cars, and there is no space nearby to park another car.
