The location is excellent, and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen with everything you need. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool and organized, covered and secure parking. Only the check-in was a little late because our name was not at the entrance and we had to wait about 2 hours after the check-in time provided on the Airbnb platform to enter, as the apartment was not ready, we were waiting for cleaning, but overall it was an excellent experience.

Excellent option to be close to Praia do Lord. We loved that you can ride a bike to the beach. The apartment has everything you need, it's very comfortable, and the decor is very tasteful. Pedro is a great host, always attentive and willing to help.

I stayed with my husband and my 2 daughters, 10 and 4 years old. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and bright. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with that view and the silence. We liked the complex a lot, it had its own pool and the beach had 2 very comfortable entrances. In one of them, they offer you sun loungers and chairs at no cost for those who stay in the condominium. There is also a restaurant that offers à la carte beach service. The resort's beach is divine!! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, at the entrance to Praia do Forte. Debora is very attentive. Thank you

Wonderful stay!! I went with my parents and fiancé, we enjoyed incredible days with great comfort, on a perfect beach. Vanessa was a wonderful person from the start, answering everything I asked and helping as needed! The apartment is in a delightful condominium with security, covered parking, an ice maker, a perfect leisure area and a wonderful, warm swimming pool. We bought our food and used the kitchen a lot, which is well-equipped. We also used the washing machine and service area a lot. My parents loved it so much that they are looking at real estate in the condominium and surroundings hahah we will be back for sure! We felt at home, I already miss the wonderful view immensely!

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, promptly the host responded to me and solved all the requests, as well as a lot of education and proactivity. It was an experience of the way it was in our expectations and I hope to return soon.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejajinha and easy access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The villa is very well taken care of, common areas always clean, people of the discreet and requested concierge, a safe place, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to take advantage, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without discrediting the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction , we recommend the following: have a greater amount of bath towels; face and cloths; promote the separation of the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of small gill (justified by the amount of rain). We only have to praise and thank the host, we recommend it.

Maria Luiza's apartment, besides being very well equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, attentive staff and very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outside area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

We had wonderful days at Joseph's place. Super clean and well-equipped apt. It has everything we need. Arejado and in front of the pool. Safe condominium and excellent gym. The beach structure that serves the condominium is about 25 minutes on foot, so being by car is the best option in addition to making it easier to travel to the beach of the fort or other beaches. Hostel answers all questions quickly and is always ready to help. we will return for sure.

We really like Priscila's apartment, a beautiful view!!! The space is very nice, quiet place. Priscila is very attentive and answers your questions very quickly. It is located in the iberostar complex which is very beautiful and is close to the beach village of the fort approximately 5 km. And the tips she leaves on record for the guests in the apartment are very good!

Our stay was wonderful, especially for the reception of the splendid Marina. Meeting people like her leaves important marks on our journey. The house was wonderful! We had a 1-year-old baby and it met all expectations.

Had a great stay! The hostess was super attentive at all times and was willing to help us with any issues. The house is impeccable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Unfortunately, we took a rainy period and couldn't take much advantage of the pool and the beach, but the leisure area is spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return more often!

Large house, with rooms with lots of privacy, great for situations like mine, where we enjoy the space with another family friend! Great pool with super nice kiosk and delicious TV room with a window for the pool! The condominium is in a strategic location, very close to Guarajuba and its attractions and especially close to Praia do Forte, which is WONDERFUL!!! As a suggestion, based on my personal perception (just that!), it is worth opening the rooms for ventilation before the arrival of the families, as the rooms have lots of wood and upholstery. And the Host is a super partner and attentive, thank you so much for that!
