Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ilsan

thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I also think the place looks better in real life than in the pictures!

I was looking for a place to rest comfortably because it was a long-distance trip! There were three rooms for a low price, so we each used one room and rested comfortably! The location of the accommodation was also great! I woke up in the morning listening to the sound of birds ^^ I moved a little and came out to the downtown area, so I had a lot of dinner options! There is a cathedral in the walking distance, so I went to Mass on Sunday morning! The host is really kind. ^^ I was impressed that you greeted me in person at check-in. ^^ I asked for a delivery because my party left their belongings, and I was very grateful that you handled it willingly! Always be healthy and happy ^ ^ If I have to stay in Incheon, I want to use it again!!

It is a good accommodation that the host takes great care of. I also loved the rooftop space.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. From the moment I booked, the host went above & beyond in every possible way. We were celebrating a special birthday during our trip & the host helped us out with beautiful welcome decorations that made our arrival truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail made us feel so cared for, it was like being hosted by a friend who genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. The apartment is very close to COEX Mall with an Olive Young steps away on the ground floor of the building, convenience store restaus & cafes just around the corner. The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, you had to wait while inhaling the smoke until the fire was ready to grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that I could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were very satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
