Guest house holiday rentals in Ilocos Region

The place was clean and just exact for the 5 of us. But since it is not airconditioned, as the night gets long, it gets hotter, I suggest to have a bigger exhaust to lessen heat. Also no singal in the room and no mobile data signal around and within the area. But all in all, the place was good. Just 5mins away from Paoay Church and 18-30mins to other tourists destinations that’s why it didn’t ruin our iterinary. All in all, a good place to stay in if you only have a budgeted trip.

What we saw in the listing is what it is in person. The place is clean. Aircon is working perfectly. The host is responsive. The place is quiet and it is a safe place. As we leave our belongings for the whole day and nothing was stolen. We enjoyed the white sand beach. On morning, it was low tide my mom enjoyed picking sea clamps :) Overall if you are looking for quiet place and white sand beach I recommend this place. Looking forward to go back the soonest. :)

The place was amazing and the photos were legit. Amazing balcony area with a view of the beach. We are a group of 6 but the area is more than enough. Highly recommend!!

Tita M is very acommodating and she responds immediately to our inquiries. The garden is spacious enough for our little furbabies and they love playing in it. There's also parking slots always available for us. Fireplace is available outside the rooms which is suitable for grilling and bonfire while chilling at the garden. Staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I would just suggest to have darker curtains especially on the first room if you want a darker room when you sleep. My family, furbabies and I all had a great time. Overall I highly recommend to stay in Tita M's place. Super worth the price.

Our host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, they were responsive, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. They promptly answered any questions and made sure we felt right at home. Our second time here - had a peaceful and restful time as before. Looking forward to the new amenities that are upcoming, especially the pool. Will come back. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

We appreciated the quick response to messages. We arrived way too early at 6AM to catch the sunrise. We never thought of checking in early, just bum around the beach and capture sunrise photos. They prepared the Kubo for us and gave us the key before 8 o'clock in the morning although check-in time is 2PM! Amenities and facilities described in AIRBNB ad was accurate.

John and Ligaya are responsive and easily to talk with. I had lots of fun speaking with John and it is really worth it staying at their home. If ever I return to Pangasinwan, I will surely rent out their place again!

Enjoyed our stay at Daniel and Josefina’s place a lot! The photos are accurate to the actual place. The beds and linens are comfy and the A/C is very cold. The rooms are clean also. I really appreciated that they have their own beachfront, pool, and even a pickleball court! We didn’t want to leave the place because of all the things we could do. Similar to the other reviews, the tap water is salty but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There are also a lot of frogs that roam around at night, which wasn’t really a big issue also.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing view of the mountains. The host was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The water heater of the bathroom was stable and the water pressure was good. Bidet was also available. They have a gated parking space and they close the gate during the night. This place feels safe and very homey. The stairs going to the bed area was challenging with a 5month old baby. We enjoyed this place so much and we will definitely be booking this place again if we go back to Baguio.

The unit was charming and provided a comfortable, homy experience. There is also kitchen allowed for me cooking. Despite the TV not being a smart model, the internet is fast and has HDMI port offered entertainment options with a laptop. Although I was the only one who checked in, the unit is suitable for families. I intend to return with family or friends in the future. :)

We had an overall great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and just as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. One thing to note for future guests is that the road leading to the property is quite steep, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. It would have been helpful to know in advance so we could plan accordingly. That said, once you're there, the property is lovely and the views are worth it!

If you're planning a peaceful stay on your trip, away from the noises of the busy cities and public highways of the Metro, this one the perfect place for your to relax. The place will really isolate you from the busy environment. It was so relaxing and calming. Both Mrs. Maichel and her husband sir Marcus, was so accomodating. They are so friendly too and also will be in touch with you to all your needs. It is a 15 mins drive away from the town proper, but it surely serve its purpose to be a living space to all those people who wants to have this quickk escape from the city. I will surely recommend their place, and will surely comeback again on our next Bolinao trip.

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

The place was good for relaxation to commune with nature. There was a pool for a leisurely dip. It was like a home away from home. The staff were all helpful and honest. I left my phone in their counter before we left and the staff kept it. Fernando was kind and accommodating to arrange the transfer of my phone all the way to Quezon City when I called him. I will surely return to his place when I go to the north. We had a very good stay at Fernando's place!

this place is amazing, I would definitely recommend this if you want to relax, the people are so pleasant to talk to and are very responsive and understanding... My only problem in my stay is that, they might not want us to accommodate again because, we asked for an early check in (they said yes), we asked for a late check out (yes again). Our dogs keeps running around as if they own the place. We wake up late for breakfast (they let us have our free late breakfast) and they let us leave our dogs in the unit. It’s impossible not to like the place, with excellent customer service and relaxing place. So my only concern is if they like us to return as guests again. ♥️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ms. Dulce's and Nanay Tess' Hiker's Nook in La Trinidad, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Nanay Tess welcomed us warmly and led us to settle. We were allowed early check-in as well. The cozy ambiance combined with the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains created a perfect getaway. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, with all amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the clean bedsheets and warm blankets that were provided. Additionally, the location is fantastic, except that it's not for the weak since it leave to it's name "Hiker's". Ve ready with your hiking shoes and strong leg muscles 😉 Other than that, the place provides easy access to nearby attractions like Strawberry Farm. We highly recommend this Nook to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in La Trinidad. Kudos to Ms. Dulce and Nanay Tess for being super hosts! ❤️ Until our next visit!

It’s rare to find accommodation that truly welcomes big dogs with open arms, but this place does exactly that! We’re very happy with our stay. The on-site diner is a big plus, making it easy to enjoy good food. Hopefully, the flooring in our room and the wobbly table get fixed soon 😄. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Baguio — definitely our go-to Airbnb when we visit again! 😊

Christy was very responsive. Very easy to deal with. Kudos to Carla, caretaker. I really appreciate his assistance throughout our stay. He was very helpful and accommodating with smiling face always. Overall, it was a nice experience staying in Christys place. I truly recommend this place for family and large groups.

We stayed at Ozark's for about a month. The hosts were responsive and approachable, checking in on us from time to time and promptly addressing any concerns. They provided complimentary goods upon both check-in and checkout. The place was neat, with mandatory room cleaning every week. It was also quiet—perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay in Baguio. Overall, we had a great time at Ozark's.

We had a great stay here. Nice spacious and clean room. Fast wifi which we needed for our remote work. The breakfast was good and filling. If we didn’t need to leave the next day we could’ve stayed longer! Very serene and relaxing place!

We would love to stay here again because the place is very relaxing, quite, and peacful. We appreciate how welcoming and responsive our Host as well.
