Holiday rentals with beach access in Ilocos Norte

It was a great experience staying at ate Madonna’s place. She and her husband are very nice and accommodating persons. They responded quickly on our needs. They have food hub where you can request foods that you’d like to eat. The place is located at the center of Laoag City. Highly recommended to those who are looking for an affordable stay to place.

Ms. Elvie and her caretakers specially Kit really made our stay worth it. The way they treat us is like family visiting for a vacation. The place is very clean and really met what is on the listing. We really enjoyed our stay and got to reconnect with nature. The place is quiet and serene, plus the owners were very hospitable and welcoming. We enjoyed our mini life talks with the owner and staffs.

We had an awesome stay and rest in the house after a very tiring day outside. The room was so comfy to sleep and definitely you will have a good night rest and sleep. We did enjoy our stay and it is highly recommended to everyone who wants to stay in Ilocos Norte. Thank you so much also to sir Alvin! God bless

We had a lovely two-night stay! The location near the rice fields offered a beautiful view, and the host was super friendly and flexible with check-in. She even helped us find a van. The rooms were comfortable, but it would be helpful if the keyholders were color-coded for easier distinction, and a microwave in the other room would be a nice addition. A/C in all rooms would also be great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The place is clean and it is really near the beach! The description really matches what is endorsed and the caretaker is really helpful. The only problem we had encounter was getting there at first since we travelled at night and it is raining (some parts of the road are under construction so it's quite muddy). Overall, we did enjoy our stay. ❤️

It was a very nice place to stay, very clean and relaxing. Ms Abbi and Mr Nino are very responsive and they have flexible time since we arrived late at night and extended for 2hrs. Also a good location that is very convenient for public transpos :))

We've traveled 14hrs via Motorcycle and the host never failed us on updating where we are. They also call us if how are we along the way. The place is like 5mins walk to Saud beach which is the Best beach in North. They also have sari sari wherever you go. Thank you Maam Iza, ate and kuya for letting us enjoy the beauty of North with your accomodation.

Ms Michi was so helpful and a very kind host. A very nostalgic place, our stay felt like a home away from home. All the staff, nora, especially esmer they were very welcoming, warm, and always available. My daughter loved the room so much that she wanted to sleep all day, lol, even when she had competition we travelled an hour after the morning warm up just to rest then back to laoag for the event in the afternoon. Definitely a five star experience for such a lovely place, the free breakfast and the staff of this beautiful home, Salva Heritage. Thank you ms Michi, hope to be back with our whole family soon.

Overall ok naman po yung experience namin. Ok yung lugar, smart tv and kasya naman kami. Baka ang comment lang namin (though very minor) is yung cr nila sobrang init sa loob, parang sauna.. But aside doon, ok naman. Host are very responsive. Well recommended. :)

1. Communication and location change- we appreciated that the hosts informed us in advance about the change in location due to an ongoing restoration work. It’s essential to keep guests informed, and they did just that. 2. Ease of finding the place- Near Robinsons, a definite plus! Also directions provided were accurate and had no trouble finding the place, clear signage and landmarks helped us navigate. 3. The Big House- the replacement location turned out to be great! It’s a big house, has parking, and the room has its own bathroom. The place is spotless, that made us comfortable. 4. Driveway and parking- it’s a bit tricky specially for not so experienced driver. The driveway was narrow and parking was indeed a challenge. If you’re driving a larger vehicle, be prepared for some maneuvering. But Ms. Tin and her husband helped us greatly! Thank you for hosting our family! We had a pleasant stay overall, despite a few hiccups.

Reslyn was an awesome host. She accommodate us despite our late check in. She was considerate. The place is good for extended family. The description of the place was accurate. It was close to the SAUD beach about 2-3 minutes walk.

Walking distance to public beach. Perfect for our family picnic. All we needed alwas a bed and place to shower. Done deal.
