Remote work works well. The downstairs photography studio and flower shop will not disturb you, open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an alcove and a sofa bed.

1.5 storey main building and four-apartment loft. Separate large outdoor sauna with wood-burning stove, sleeping loft, karaoke room and covered terrace with large 2000L Novitek outdoor jacuzzi. BBQ hut, pavilion, sun terrace and services of the Kalajärvi tourist area 300-400m away. On the territory there is park-golf, tennis, public beach, frisbee golf and restaurant. Fint boende med en dubbelsäng och utbäddbar soffa med plats för två barn eller en vuxen. Extra säng och babysäng finns vid behov. Egen ingång (ytterdörr) och gratis parkering finns. Nära till flygplats och endast en 10 minuters bilfärd till Vasa centrum. Flygplatstransfer från Vasa flygplats direkt till boendet fås mot extra kostnad (15euro). Stormarknad med tvätteri och restaurang endast 5 km bort. Omges av fin natur och frisk luft.

Grannys cottage @ Ruutin Kartano

Relax with the whole family and pets at this peaceful place in the middle of the fields. Hardly possible to find a more idyllic spot than this old rustic house, with its unique tar sauna overlooking the fields. The cabin just got an upgrade in 2024, and has now a second floor with a 3rd full bedroom and big studio space upstairs!

Willa Tervakangas
