Vacation home on the Ilmtal Cycling Path

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

This guest apartment is located in the basement of our house. In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Vintage "Landhaus Rosa" near Weimar

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the hall beach and in Paradise Park, which are easy to reach by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there is considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

A small counter invites you to eat or work. The new bed is 160 x 200. A balcony to the quiet courtyard is also available.

Das 1 Zimmer-Apartment (28qm) befindet sich im Zentrum von Jena, direkt gegenüber dem Unihauptgebäude. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht kurze Wege zur Kultur, zu Sehenswertem, zum Shopping und zu kulinarischen Erlebnissen. Aber auch zu den grünen Inseln der Erholung wie im Botanischen Garten, am Saalestrand und im Paradiespark, die durch einen kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen sind. Auf Anfrage kann ein Stellplatz für 6,-€/Tag gemietet werden.

In-law apartment directly in Weimar

The historic center, the Radilmweg and a wooded area as a local recreation area are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

Cozy studio apartment

The apartment on the third floor of an apartment building has a room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The sofa can be quickly converted into a bed. It is located directly on the Ilmtal cycle path and is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours. The city center of Apolda can be reached in a few minutes by car (approx. 2.5 km). There is a small playground nearby. Street parking is free.

Small separate apartment above the garage

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”
