Cabin holiday rentals in Illinois river

This place was absolutely amazing, we loved the setup. The wildlife was great to watch and house was extremely clean and well put together. Would stay there again if we come back down to this area.

We had a great time. Spent a lot of family time in the cabin and the kids loved the hot tub. After we spent time hiking at Arrowhead State Park it was nice to relax.

Steven was INCREDIBLY accommodating! We were working with very particular days that we needed, and they coincided with a previously scheduled house repair that he had scheduled. He went above and beyond to make it work for us, even discounting an early arrival for us. His communication was excellent and the effort he put in to make it work for us really stood out. The house is peaceful and perfect for any group. Great bed arrangements. The kids loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and play. Plenty of outdoor seating that surround the entire house. Loved the fire pit being near the hot tub, as we were all able to enjoy visiting together no matter which option we chose. Provided firewood was definitely a bonus! Can’t wait to come back again during the summer!

Great place to get away for a few days or longer. We didn’t want to leave. They’ve thought of everything. Kitchen supplies, popcorn for movies, extra towels, they had things we had forgotten. We spent the day in the hottub, cooked out and watched the fire burn in such beautiful surroundings in the country-not a person around! The full kitchen is the best…many only have a microwave and sink - huge plus when we booked and when we were there. The drive is easy from the Dallas area and if you need anything - a town with Walmart among other stores is just a quick drive. I hope to go back soon!

What a beautiful location right on the river! Roxxy, my pup, and I enjoyed our stay so much! It’s so tranquil and soothing. We loved our peaceful walks, splashing in the river, and the tall, beautiful trees. The cabin is very clean and comfortable, with lots of extras. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

We stayed for 4 nights for my son and daughter in laws wedding. It was really nice having The Lodge right next to the venue. Beautiful place and location. Only real issue was the down stairs air conditioning worked just so so. Temps were approx. 80 degrees so not bad at all. Up stairs worked excellent. Other than that, the home is beautiful, very comfortable and communication was excellent. Thanks Rebekah, Rick

A lovely place and would recommend!

Definitely the most welcoming and hospitable Airbnb that we have ever stayed at! Beds and linens comfy. Brent pays attention to every detail! We spent the week here with our grandkids who live in Pryor. Brent was attentive and yet not intrusive. Felt incredibly welcomed and this will be our go to place when we come to visit our grandkids!

Great place to stay for a river weekend with friends. I unfortunately lost my phone in the river so I didn’t have access to the check in instructions, but Phil was very easy to contact and responded quickly! The air bnb was eclectic, clean, comfortable and the scenery was gorgeous

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay after driving 2 days from Pennsylvania to get here. It was as wonderful as I had hoped it would be. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and me and my brother loved the privacy of having two rooms/beds to enjoy our own space. If I’m ever back in the area I would book this place again!

The cabin was amazing for my friends and I! The land was beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is magical. It is an undiscovered element. It is like a stair step to Heaven! This is the most beautiful place ever we have ever been. The hosts were great and the cabin was soooooo clean. We even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived! It felt as though my soul connected to the land and was so at peace while we were there. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back in the future! Every part of our experience at LJ's Hideaway was magical. Thank you for sharing paradise with us!!!! Julie was great to communicate with. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

This makes our third time staying here. The little cabins are perfect for a stop over to our destination. I love I can bring my pet and Chubbys up the road has the best nachos.

This was our second time to stay at Linda’s place and it was just as amazing as the first time. Very cozy setting, so clean and comfortable. Linda is such an amazing hostess. She is quick to respond with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and wants quiet relaxation….this Cozy Cabin has it all!!!!

We had such a great weekend! This home was beautiful and the river is so peaceful. We created some great memories here and everyone was comfortable.

We had a good stay. We fell in love with the original stove that has been maintained or refinished so beautifully. It went well with the rest of the decor. We also liked the wood pieces like the cutout of the lake. Thank you!

We booked here last minute and everything turned out to be more than expected. Everything was clean and every room stocked with everything you could need. Area is very peaceful and we felt right at home. We loved playing board games and hanging out on the porch watching nature! We would stay here again!

What a great stay! Beds were comfy in all rooms. The kitchen was awesome, I cooked a meal for 14 people and served it just fine in this house. Bathrooms were great and stocked full. Outside area was hands down the favorite for our family. So many seating areas to choose from and the fire pit was a game changer. Highly recommend!

A wonderful cabin! My husband and I stayed here for my best friend’s wedding and it was so peaceful and basically on Lake Tenkiller. My husband found himself exploring the state park when the girlies were getting ready for the big day. Less than 7 minutes to 1684 Venue. Bless him he made the trip from the venue to the cabin 3 times and still had time to go fishing! It’s all super close! 10/10 recommend based on location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the hosts for anything you need!

It was amazing to say the least, very quite enough you could hear the birds an insects at night. The view of lake Tenkiller is perfect, me and my family love this place.
