The apartment is sparkling clean, extremely tastefully furnished and more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Another plus is that, despite the central location, the car can be parked in front of the door.

We used the home as a base when we visited our daughter who is au-pair in Pacé. Since the hostess was going on vacation a few days before our visit, she was extremely helpful in handing over the key to our daughter who lived nearby. Even though she was on vacation herself, she herself asked about our arrival, and always responded quickly to our questions. We had a special need to check out early and it wasn't a problem. It could be inconvenient for the hostess, but she was extremely service minded and understanding. The apartment is suitable for a quiet, adult couple who need a base to drive out and experience Brittany and, for example, Rennes from. It is much cheaper, more homely, nice and more flexible than a hotel - especially if you are willing to stand for your own breakfast. All amenities are in the kitchen. We give our very best recommendation from Christine.

We loved the convenience of Marc's apartment to everything we wanted to see and do. From watching a Pirate parade go by to overlooking the ramparts, a patisserie and an ice cream store, what more could you desire? Rows and rows of restaurants and shops awaited, plus the ocean and marina were close by. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. it was exactly as described. What a great home base for 3 days in St. Malo.

It was our second stay at Annette and Philip's, we had a great week in this beautiful Breton house, very well decorated and super well equipped. Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. The calm of the place is particularly appreciable, allowing you to fully relax after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are very kind, available and attentive. We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Our stay at Stéphy's was very pleasant. The apartment is very well located (a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants, etc.) well-equipped and cozy. Stéphy is a welcoming host, delighted to share her good addresses. We'll be happy to go back!
