100% RECOMMENDED. Quiet area, surrounded by nature but close to Vigo (25 minutes), Santiago Compostela (80 minutes) and Porto (100 minutes).

The host met us on arrival and after some minor paperwork gave us a tour and answered any questions. Was very friendly and helpful to any questions we had and gave recommendations for things to do whilst there. The house is really nice and all the bedrooms are equally nice. The basement is the highlight with the pool table and dart board. Would recommend!

The villa in Pontevedra was spectacular, such a beautiful setting, amazing house and very close to beaches, restaurants and sights. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the property and the accommodation and pool were great. Lots to discover and visit - we just ran out of time. A happy holiday.

The house is beautiful, we loved it, a quiet area with nice views. The bathrooms with heated floors are a pleasure when you get out of the shower and the house is nice and warm. The hosts are very friendly and attentive at all times. We felt right at home. A 10. I recommend it 100%.

After a day of touring in southern Galicia, it was pleasant to stay in the house and garden. The house is 3 minutes from the highway but still quiet, so you can visit many places in less than 1 hour drive. The house also stayed cool and there is also enough wind in the evening to be able to sit outside pleasantly. we only had 'trouble' with the frogs at night (mating season) but the solution was to close the windows and leave the room door open.

The accommodation is very nice, you can relax in the pool, with the barbecue. Carlos bring us bicycles, so we can go to the city. He was helpful. We feel really good there.

We spent santa week at Luci's house and we loved it. We were able to enjoy the natural environment that surrounds the village. It is also very close to Vigo by car, as well as other Galician cities or towns. The house is very nicely cared for and the cleanliness is impeccable. Luci, the hostess, is a very lovely person. He was always friendly and helped us with recommendations.

After spending the last four weeks here I am so sad to be leaving Portugal. The house and the area are just beautiful, and I could not recommend this place enough. A car is a must, but it’s a very pleasant and straightforward drive from Porto airport. The village has a river beach, but if you prefer the sea, Caminha is a 50 minute drive and it’s definitely worth the visit - the beaches are beautiful. Forte da Ínsua restaurant is a must! I would also recommend a day trip to Tui, we took a boat ride and looked at the history and it was just wonderful. I’d also recommend the boardwalk hike along the river from Sistelo. The views are just incredible! The house is in a very rural area, so this place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet retreat. A huge thank you to the hosts for being so helpful and accommodating!

Combarro is like stepping into a different dimension. As you drive down the narrow streets you come to a place almost untouched by the centuries. We walked down to our little stone house on the sea, past the cruceiros in the square, and through a small blue gate where tourists leaned over to get a better look at the two hórreos or granary stores that dominated our small garden. Down a set of stone steps and we arrived at our home for the next week and drank in the quiet of this tranquil place. It was perfect.

Very pleasant stay, the house is located in a very quiet area and with nice views. Noelia was very attentive to our arrival and provided us with a couple of cots and high chairs for two small children, and she was available for anything we needed.

Dream location in a spectacular setting. Unforgettable sunsets, privacy and kindness to the fullest. Pilar and Juan are wonderful. We could have used one more bathroom for 10 people, since there were only 2, it was a little short at times. The master bedroom with a double bed is incredibly beautiful, spacious and with an ocean view to wake up to, seeing the Cies Islands. The rest are very good for children especially, they are comfortable but have no views. The terrace is very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything. Several spectacular beaches nearby. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with everything you need for your stay. The family were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool area was special. We stayed there with our 9 year old grandson who had an absolutely ball! The house is very nice and everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and have all bathrooms. We loved the pool. The owner was very friendly and responsive. The area is quiet, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing.

Excellent rental which moreover accepted by Raquel at the last moment since it was not planned from us this stop, to be recommended without problem, very beautiful house!!!! Raquel welcomed us with a fridge containing food for us!!! we stayed 1 night so we did not have the use, but for people who arrive late it is really excellent!!! Rita was a fantastic host; we stayed in her place for 4 weeks and we loved it. The house is spacious and lovely- the garden is amazing with great views. There are so much to see around the area (obviously you need a car!). We definitely recommend this place and hope to repeat again!

My family was lucky enough to stay at Jacobo’s home for two weeks. He and his father were easy to communicate with. The home sits on top of a mountain with stunning views. Walkable to the beach down below and returning to the pool was magnificent. Inside the home was super comfortable and offers everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and we made large family meals for 9 people and ate around the table. This home comes highly recommended. The reality is even better than the pictures!

Our group of 17 had a fantastic weekend stay in Vigo! The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful – very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!
