Holiday rentals with a patio in Ilion

This was a nice place in an amazing neighbourhood! The view from the apartment was beautiful.

I feel I am in a house not a flat. The balcony was very big and the best place to relax and it was very clean it was excellent day. I highly recommended it and the host was very friendly

We've had an excellent 2 night stay at Sotiris' apartment, exceptionally clean and in an ideal location. Sotiris is a super responsive host and provided clear simple instructions for gaining access to the building, local recommendations and helpful directions from the metro stations. I read a lot of reviews about the area being somewhat unpleasant, we found it to be perfectly safe and visually not uncommon for a city. We found some amazing food venues nearby to the apartment to save on entering some of the more touristy areas and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The house on Atalanti Street is a great choice for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Spotless apartment renovated and very bright with very nice view that you can not easily find in apartments of the capital . The real picture is exactly the same as the photos. I'll definitely be me again.. One last comment …Theo is the person who wins you from the first moment…the professional the MAN in capital letters .. Thank you for everything .

Beautiful, clean, spotless and bright apartment in the middle of Koukaki neighbourhood

An absolutely beautiful place! Spyros has put his all into this apartment; it is exactly as described, the photos do not do it justice and is spotless and impeccable! The apartment is not far from the metro so easily accessible and instructions for check in and out are easy to follow (including photos). We didn’t have any issues in our 4 day stay and all said we would love to return. Thank you Spyros 🙂

Thank you Alice for helping to make our stay in Athens so wonderful. Your apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is a very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. We especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice every morning with the electric orange juicer. The location is very close (5 mins walk) to the train station and Kifisia shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and sitting on the balconies looking out onto the back garden is very peaceful. The window shutters are great to allow for a darkened bedroom for a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

cozy inexpensive accommodation for two, there are all the necessary kitchen utensils, clean bed linen and towels; comfortable bed, the host promptly answers all questions, I recommend

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it unreservedly. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we appreciated it very much.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Aleka’s place was incredibly nice. Unfortunately i couldn’t meet her, but her sister and nephew were very welcoming, friendly and even gave us gifts for Easter. The house was clean and had a very nice big porch to relax in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed even for long stays. The location was near the church and the metro. The neighborhood had lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets offering a variety of how to spend the best of time. Definitely would book again. 10/10 recommend

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

Very nice place in a central area, with lots of possibilities but also good connection to the center of Athens.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!
