Apartment with contemporary decor in a new building. Great option for those who want to be near the coast in the season spending little. Excellent location to chat and return to the day in the best places in the region. Near the beaches and the center of Blumenau (20 minutes). Close to Gaspar's famous waterfalls and water parks. It is 50 min from the Santa Catarina coast, 55 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 50 min from Beto Carrero. The condominium has a swimming pool.

Forget about your worries in this spacious and quiet place, located in the rural area of the city but close to everything. Our little house is a cozy one. We are approx. 15 Km from Cabeçudas Beach, 22.5 km from Brava Beach, 19 Km from Balneário Camboriú and 27 Km from Parque Beto Carrero on Penha Beach. The house is prefabricated in wood and complete structure, exactly as in the images, with pool and barbecue grill. We are waiting for you!
