It accommodates 5 people, I do not recommend more than 1 baby, a child over 3 years old occupies an adult space.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. And enjoy everything the condominium offers, just 800 meters from the most popular beaches and beach bars in the southern region of Ilhéus-Ba. The condominium offers a swimming pool, children's playground, sports court, fitness center, game room, elevator, 1 private parking space, barbecue area and cinema (the last two are by appointment only). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, full kitchen, social bathroom and living room.

my stay at the islets was amazing! The space is exactly like in the photos: cozy, well taken care and with a atmosphere of home. At night, being able to stay on the hammock on the balcony, with the lights on and the silence around, it was one of the best parts. it gave that good taste of home even. Breakfast was a very welcome differential, and since the house was apparently empty, I had the feeling of having everything just to me, which was great! all the people I met were extremely polite and receptive. I definitely want to go back! 💛

House in condominium and complete club in Ilhéus-Ba

The house is spectacular, gorgeous and super comfortable. It has a futevôlei court and a swimming pool. Communication with Kelly was excellent. The house is a bit far from the beach. I recommend renting a car. More you can walk too.

Our days were super pleasant and quiet in the accommodation, super attentive Filipe always responded promptly, and in the days we went, served an excellent complimentary breakfast, which saved us time and money, as we were going to take things to prepare, there was a girl to Janaína who made an egg, tapioca on time, everything excellent, would come back again.

Casa Pé na areia in Serra Grande

We went to Carnival, 3 families with children, the house accommodated us well and we had happy days at Sam's house. Impeccable outdoor space, nice garden, well cared for, facing a beautiful beach where even a river had it and the children loved it. The house has a delicious balcony, with comfortable furniture, black-out curtain rooms, beds and comfortable pillows. Sam was a kind, efficient and flexible host, helped us find a cook to accommodate our need, and was also kind to check in time. Improvement points are: 1) kitchen needs a very precise organization and review of utensils in general and sanitation. 2) bath towels, are small and also the overall quality of them needs to be better suited to the standard of the house ( and the price charged). The pool is functional, more like a water mirror. It was not an issue for us, but it is worth scoring for other guests. I thank and congratulate Sam for the accommodation in his home.
