The house is very beautiful and comfortable, it does not even want to leave it. It really needs to walk a lot, because of the steps, but it's worth it! The condominium has a swimming pool with a lovely view! Super recommend!!

The chalezinho has that atmosphere that embraces you and welcomes you, as well as a decoration full of bossa and charm. Located in the middle of nature, surrounded by green on all sides and, as a symphony, the sound of birds at dawn. Sleeping and waking up in this place was a balm for my soul. Exactly what I was looking for in this paradise. I loved every minute of my lodging in Lucas' chalezinho. Clean, well-kept environments, an equipped kitchen, and the room is a separate comfort. I always want to go back!

I would like to express my great satisfaction with the rental of this vacation home. Everything was impeccable, clean and perfectly maintained, which greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable. Great stay has moréré easy to access from velha boipeba if you arrive before midnight (10-15mn quad bikes from velha boipeba, race at 20 BRL). A big thank you to Marcos for his flexibility for check-in and checkout (check-in at 9:30 am instead of 3pm). The outdoor terrace is amazing just provide powerful mosquito repellent. Supermarket and shops are less than 2 minutes walk from the house. Moréré beach is at the end of the street. Amazing and peaceful setting with activities nearby (boat, transfers, diving). The point of the quad taxis is right next to the house if you need to go elsewhere on the island. Plage de bainema 20 minutes walk from the accommodation. I will definitely come back to Marcos for my next trip to Boipeba! This island was my favorite of Brazil!

Our stay in Boipeba could not have been better. From the beginning to the end of our stay, communication with Mario was impeccable! Always very kind and proactive, he gave us great tips. The house is just AMAZING!!! Well-equipped, airy, comfortable (including bath and bed linen)… I would like to thank Mario for everything and, if I have another opportunity to return to Boipeba, there will be no other option but Mario's house.

Lucila's house was all we needed to disconnect on the holiday. A large, ventilated, well equipped space. All very cozy. Bed and bath linen is compatible with high-level hotels, good water pressure and an external shower for a bath when arriving from the beach. The house has a few games and a chafelball kit, and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped for low- and medium complexity recipes. The house holds 4 people comfortably and up to 6 people can sleep there, but because it only has one bathroom and only fan in the living room, I think 4 is a good number. Excellent location, cleanliness and communication. The address description on the page is inaccurate, although it is the location listed, but when we arrived we put it on google maps and it sent us to the beach, not to the accommodation.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and impeccable. Bruno and Jorge were excellent hosts, always attentive and available to make sure our stay was perfect. We were greeted with great detail , fresh fruits, and cold drinks. The complex is beautiful, very clean and the pool in excellent condition. the location is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

I really enjoyed my stay in Morro de São Paulo. Good location, pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. All simple, but well organized. The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise of an endless construction, the equipment of the gym next door and a bad smell that we could not identify where it came from, but nothing that would disturb us. Great value. Would recommend!

The stay was wonderful. We were very well received. The house is beautiful, impeccable decoration. Cederam clean towels for the 7 people every day. Íamos and the beach for the day and when we got to the house it is clean and still served us hot coffee and cheese bread, a delight, it is always a caring ticket along. Amei and super recommend. The only thing that hasn't left us 100% satisfied is that the house is upstairs and has no soundproofing for the bedrooms downstairs. To talk or hear a sound even in ambient volume give it to all the bedrooms of the inn.

The stay was simply wonderful, 7 days were short, the flat is a little far from the entrance, but nothing that can not walk, the view and the place make up for a lot!!!! Andaria even more if you had to. It was very attentive passing all the instructions on how to get to the site, sent a delivery contact that delivers at the condominium door. The stay was excellent! The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing, comfortable, well-equipped and with everything working perfectly. Jô was extremely attentive and helpful whenever I needed it, as well as being a very nice and kind person. The experience as a whole was quiet and cozy. I highly recommend it for sure!

Excellent space. Decoration and impeccable dishes. The view from the swimming pool is surreal and beautiful. The location of the accommodation is exactly in the square, next to the sea terminal. Township climbed the stairs and is at home, there is no way to carry suitcases for long distances.

I rented it for 3 nights and regretted not taking 5 nights! The accommodation is simple and was clean, the location is excellent, pharmacy next door, market, wine cellar, gym… all this on the side. Close to the beach, which by the way is beautiful, a true paradise. I'll definitely be back to stay longer.

The condominium is beautiful, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures with many household utensils. The children had fun taking turns between the beach, swimming pool, playground and court. The beaches of the area are beautiful and pleasant. We passed an extremely pleasant New Year's Eve, without a doubt it is a place I recommend. Easy access to Morro de São Paulo via fast or conventional speedboat, the attraction is a 3-minute walk from the condominium.

Beautiful everything, it was much more than what is described, it remains on the beach, the most beautiful and quiet of everything morro, it is a hotel complex with this condominium, with a beach Restorant where you can have and eat with excellent quality, you can have breakfast and dinner with prior reservation, I regret not having breakfast more days at the hotel, the worst is to leave because in morro there will be nothing similar or better, the stay made my vacation completely, an experience of relaxation and disconnection.
