Beach house holiday rentals in Ilha Comprida

I am grateful for the affection and attention given to my family. I certainly recommend it, everything went wonderfully well. Eolinda and Fia, people with great manners, as well as impressive sympathy. The house is great, a quiet, clean and cozy place. It's worth it! We hope to return soon.

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

We were very welcome by Mr. Elias, the place is very pleasant, easy access to the beach. We will return more often.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

Very quiet and easy to access place. Wilson and the housekeeper Valeria were always very attentive, they were super flexible with the check-in since we arrived late, but everything went according to plan.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing: honest, cozy and consistent with the photos. The host was always very helpful, responded quickly to messages and resolved everything with peace of mind, without creating obstacles. The location is great, with quick and easy access to the beach. The house has everyday essentials by the sea, such as sunshade, chairs and cooler. It is a great home for families with small children, as it has a large garden and pleasant outdoor area. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea was a delight! As a suggestion to make the stay even more practical, it would be interesting to provide pillows and a support for a gallon of water. Although we know that the absence of the pillows is already signaled in the listing, it is worth mentioning that they are bulky items, especially for those traveling with a large family and in a small car. A warning only for future guests: the beds are Queen size and there is no supply of bed linen.

The accommodation is great! We felt at home. We are super comfortable, the house is very cozy. Everything very clean, organized and with everything we needed. The site has a very good location, close to the beach! We will definitely return more often!

The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

Quiet place. The house fulfills everything it promises. We are all very accommodated and satisfied.

The house matches the photos. It's very clean, it doesn't smell musty. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, the rooms are airy. The area is a little far from the central area. It is a quieter place, good to rest and relax with the family. Very good pool and barbecue area too. The caretaker Orlando is very attentive and kind.

The house is amazing! All very clean, organized and brand new. Super comfortable, we felt at home anyway. We have already stayed in several houses on Ilha Comprida, but this one was certainly one of the best!

Very quiet place, impeccable house, small cars fit about 04. The house has 2 large Mayan rooms the suite that is separate but with covered access and next to the building. Chuveirinho in the driveway great to take the sand, I finally recommend everything very new and clean, and Gustavo very attentive.

The house is simple, cozy and co strong. It met our needs. However, we miss some cooking utensils and there is no microwave. But in speaking with Valéria, he helped us promptly. We like it very much and will come back more often 😄
