In large and lovely family house, 2 adults, 2 children: 16 and 20 years old (one at university) plus Casper, the most elegant cat in London, and Charlie our lovely dog. Located in Herne Hill, zone 2, near central London, only a 10 mins train journey to Victoria or 15 mins train journey to London Bridge). Great travel links into the city. Continental breakfast and yoga mat included.

Down House, Hever Castle, Quebec House and many more local attractions are within a short distance as is Biggin Hill airport. Gatwick is only 30 minutes away and we can offer airport parking by arrangement. Pricing is for one bedroom or you can book 2 bedrooms for double the stated price. Continental breakfast is included.

Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The Tyrrells is a Grade 2 listed house in Great Bookham, a lovely Surrey village. Ample parking and near several National Trust properties and country walks, including Surrey Downs. Less than an hour by rail to London. B&B, lifts to station, etc PLEASE NOTE: The price quoted is for the first 2 people sharing the double bedded room.
