Lovely 51 m2 apartment with balcony and direct view of the Seine, in the center of town, next to St. Mark's Square and the lovely Antiques district. Very bright all day and high ceilings. Located less than 10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and 15 minutes from the Place du Vieux Marché. Plenty of shops and public transport nearby. Fully equipped to accommodate 2 people (1 x 160cm bed). Bed linen and towels provided.

Nice and pleasant studio, 29 m2, close to the train station. Ideal for tourism or work, alone or with two people, you will be both in the center of Rouen and in the tranquility of this old house, separated from the street by a long courtyard, and close to buses and the metro. It's on the second floor of the building and there's no elevator.

Had a great stay at the house, lots of character and looks as it does in the photos. Close to local shops, restaurants and bars. Loads to do and see. Downfalls was the shower which you have to sit down to use. We didn’t mind but the water also gets everywhere and there is a mouldy towel to use to collect the water. The house is very dusty and mice droppings under the sink. We washed everything before. I would say a deep clean is needed and the pipes covered under the sink to stop mice entering the property.
