Loft holiday rentals in Île de la Cité

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

Wir haben in Matthieus Appartement in Belleville wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht. Angefüllt mit vielen Eindrücken, konnten wir uns dort in schönem Ambiente immer wieder vom Trubel der Metropole erholen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten Umgebung direkt beim Kanal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sylvains Nachbar in Empfang genommen. Auch beim späten Check-out war Sylvain sehr entgegenkommend.

An absolute GEM of a place. The view is incredible. The town square is SO adorable and has fabulous restaurants. It can get hot in Paris without AC but she provided lots of fans and dark drapes which was so helpful. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was such a unique apartment with so many thoughtful details. She was a fabulous host and I am so glad she shares her home because it truly was the loveliest spot to stay. One thing to note is that if you have mobility issues it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are original and beautiful though. I would 100,000% tell any of my friends and family to stay here.

Appartement ligt heel centraal, veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en anders is de metro dichtbij. Winkeltjes en restaurantjes zijn om de hoek. De ruimte is klein, maar prima om voor een paar dagen in Parijs te verblijven. Gilian had vooraf een duidelijk ‘handboek’ gestuurd met heel veel informatie, dat heeft ons heel erg geholpen.

Valerie reageerde altijd heel snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement was perfect gelegen in het centrum van Parijs. Een paar minuten wandelen naar het Louvre. Het OV is tevens op een paar minuten wandelen vanwaar je overal snel kunt komen. Heel veel leuke winkels en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Prachtige pleintjes om de hoek. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook was het heel rustig en stil in het appartement. De drukte van buiten was nauwelijks hoorbaar. Valerie, bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring!

Tolle Unterkunft. Liebevoll dekoriert. Eine perfekte Lage zu Metro und Geschäften. Und zugleich eine ruhige Oase mitten im Zentrum. Super Kommunikation. Einzig das Gästesofa braucht dringende eine neue Matratze.

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

Jessica was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location was within a mile to everything to keep you busy for a week in Paris.

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Super comfy beds, our teens loved the mezzanine level bedroom. Easy access to metro( we found nearest was Rue de Boulet) Super bakery- Pepite nearby, also Carrefour and Franprix (also useful for Nanny drop bags). Try easy access to the many attractions of Paris. Would thoroughly recommend.

Très beau logement moderne, bien équipé et propre. Hôte très sympathique et réactive. Beaucoup de commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité. Je recommande ce logement.

Ideal location on the cusp of the 6th and 7th just down the street from Le Bon Marché and also across from a metro stop that for me took me right to Roland Garros. The apartment has everything an American might want but with a European twist that maximizes the cozy space. Sandra was wonderful with checkin and with helpful tips and the team was great about getting back to me on any questions promptly. The nightly views of the Eiffel Tower hourly light ups can’t be beat. I enjoyed staying here and would do so again!

First and foremost, I would like to thank the host and the receptionist for their wonderful reception and response. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful. The area is very upscale and safe🌺

Sindel’s apt was our cozy ‘home away from home’ for our 8 days in Paris. Sindel met us at the apt for a seamless check in experience. The apt. was impeccably clean and all of the features were luxurious. Sindel’s attention to detail was thoughtful: Nespresso coffee pods, nice selection of tea bags, flat iron, beautiful bottle of wine, detergent pods, etc. Whenever we had an inquiry she responded immediately. Her recommendations for restaurants were wonderful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with an amazing boulangerie steps away. The largest food market in Paris was around the corner, several cafes and restaurants were nearby. We loved coming back from a full day of visiting the city sights to our cozy and comfortable apt. to unwind and relax. Sindel, thank you for making our visit to your beautiful city a memorable one. We will return!
