Emmanuelle’s place warrants all the 5* reviews, including my own. It is an incredibly comfortable and beautiful house - they have really thought through everything a guest needs. For example, a storm caused some electricity microcuts and not only had they shown me the breaker box, but everything is clearly labeled so it was a 2 minute fix. They really think ahead. The house is also in a spectacular setting and it is an amazing house to relax with family. An added plus is the AC - you don’t need it most of the time, but when you do, you do, and it’s refreshingly powerful. Emmanuelle and her parents are so welcoming, they brought us a gorgeous box of their own veggies from their garden as well as some local treats, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough positive about this house, the area and the hosts. 12/10.

Très belle villa, encore plus jolie qu en photo, qui nous a permis de vivre un magnifique séjour en famille. Très bon accompagnement d’Hossegor Villas, ça donne envie de revenir :)

Très belle location ! Le logement est grand pour 2 personnes, le jardin et l'espace extérieur, notamment avec la piscine sont très beaux et agréables, et la vue est superbe (vue sur les montagnes d'un côté et sur la mer de l'autre).

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Five star review for Elena (host), the house and location. Prior to our visit the communication from Elena was excellent. She kindly provided details of local routes, places to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc… We had arranged to meet Elena on the day of our arrival but due to an unfortunate incident, we were delayed. Elena was so understanding and offered to help in anyway she could. Upon our late arrival, Elena made numerous phone calls to ensure we could eat at a local restaurant and had also left a lovely selection of food and drink items for us at the house. The house itself is fantastic and provided all that we could have wished for in our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this house and a big thank you to Elena for making us feel so welcome.

Tolle Lage nahe zum Strand und unter schattigen Bäumen in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet, man merkt, das Christelle und Benoit da viel Erfahrung haben. Toll auch, dass das Frühstück für den ersten Morgen bereits durch Christelle und Benoit bereitgestellt wurde, da kann man den Urlaub bereits von der ersten Minute an geniessen.

Séjour reposant et apaisant au milieu de la nature. Plage à proximité, environ 40 min à pied car la plus proche est pour les naturistes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Merci encore.

La communication et l'accueil ont été parfaits,d'une gentillesse et bienveillance très appréciables. L'emplacement est incroyable, une fois les valises posées, tout se fait facilement à pied. La vue depuis la terrasse est fantastique. La qualité de la literie est très bonne et le logement est décoré avec goût. TOUT est réuni pour passer un séjour très agréable et se créer de merveilleux souvenirs.

Annie was there to welcome us & was very pleasant. The flat was in a good location for the beach & restaurants. The flat was ideal for myself & my husband and had everything we needed. As it overlooks the main street my only question would be if it would be noisy later at night.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans les appartements de Claude. Cette fois-ci nous avons profité de la vue côté Sud. L’appartement est très confortable et calme tout en étant très proche des restaurants et des plages. Tout était parfait de notre point de vue.

Bonito apartamento y pueblo. Muy céntrico. Supermercado a 2 minutos andando también hay muchos restaurantes (no todos buenos). Mucho ambiente por la noche. Difícil aparcar pero Eva te ofrece Pàrquing, así que mejor cogerlo. Muy recomendable para pasar un fin de semana.

Ignacio, greeted us on arrival and went through everything we needed to access property. He also gave us a map and marked on it places that we were keen to explore. Ignacio also sent texts with buses, Taxi info and a lot of restaurants, Pinto places and bars. Would i recommend staying here, absolutely. just be mindful you will need a bus to get to the beach, but there are 2 stops 50/100 metres away and they run constantly. Ignacio was extremely friendly and helpful. Russell

Dorleta's place is even better than it looked online. The setting was serene and stunning. Our little one loved the dogs, chickens and horses on the grounds and the place was well equiped and well appointed. Dorleta's son was extremely helpful and they were both communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

Présence pour un week end d'EVG. Nous avons été accueilli par Dominique, disponible, très réactive. La maison est parfaitement équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et l'espace d'extérieur tres agréable. Je recommande.

very beautiful accommodation in beautiful nature and quiet. we had a great time. it was a wonderful experience to spend two days in your chalet. the accommodation had everything you need.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse et très bien aménagée, joliment meublée et il est agréable d'y séjourner. Le jardin est magnifique et nous en avons bien profité, la terrasse couverte permet de manger dehors même quand il pleut. L'hôte est très sympathique et accueillant.

Après un accueil très chaleureux de Miren qui nous a parfaitement vanter sa région, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un environnement calme, très bien situé. Propreté impeccable, agencement optimisé, tout est fait pour que l'on se sente très bien.

Vi havde en rigtig fin familie ferie i Annie's bolig. Huset og byen ligger perfekt for vandreturer i området og korte dagsturer til f.eks. San Sebastian og til havet. Vi har nydt det rigtig meget.

Estupendo lugar y estupendo ambiente. Si quieres desconectar y vivir la cultura de la madera y de la eficiancia energética y otros valores en alza, este es un lugar inclreible. Un 10, todos vuelven por lo que hemos visto esos días. Gracias

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La villa est idéalement située à Capbreton : proche de la plage, des commerces, des pistes cyclables… tout est à portée de main. La maison est superbe, très bien entretenue et équipée avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est notre hôte : d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment fait la différence. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Si no te gusta la naturaleza, la tranquilidad y los animales no es el sitio para ir. María, Asier y sus hijas maravillosos todos, súper amables y colaboradores. Hay como un mercadito con las cosas más útiles aceite, leche, huevos, etc. a precio normal, podrían ponerlo a lo que les dé la gana pero forma parte del mimo con el que se nota que han montado todo. Para repetir sin duda, ya echamos de menos a Lur y el gatito que venían siempre a saludar y a pedir caricias. Inolvidable. Gracias.
