Holiday rentals with a pool in Igarassu

Passing to thank you for the opportunity to get to know the house. The structure is great, the pool area is super nice and the atmosphere in general is very welcoming. It was a positive experience and I certainly want to go back again.

We didn't come across any surprises, the house really is in accordance with the information in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days off at the Vila Velha retreat.

Everything is clean, organized, cozy and quiet. For those who will enjoy a little peace and quiet, it is sensational, the beach is a few meters from the house. And it really is quiet!!! For those who don't want to go to the beach, the pool is very good too. There are two families of kittens in the condominium... if you don't like cats very much, just keep the door closed. Bring repellent because there are mosquitoes due to being near the woods. No complaints, totally satisfied! We'll be back

My stay was very pleasant, it is a wonderful space and corresponds to everything in the listing. Mr. Dirceu was very helpful, removed all doubts and maintained a very pleasant communication, he and his wife are exceptional. I recommend this space, I am very pleased!

Very good accommodation, very responsive host. The place is close to medical centers and bakeries and seems like a walkable place. I thought it was excellent.

We stayed at Djalma’s place and absolutely loved it! Djalma is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Djalma was always available to help with anything we needed and even gave us great tips about the area. It was a truly warm and authentic experience — we’re so grateful and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Leandro is an attentive and kind host. All questions and requests were answered immediately. The apartment, very cozy, is on a very high floor, which provides a very beautiful view. Voltaria, certainly, staying in this property.

Eugênio was an excellent host, allowed us to check in early and always responded quickly and diligently! The space is excellent and meets the needs of guests well, very clean and well equipped with the essentials for the stay.

João is a partner, from the beginning he treated me with great cordiality, patience and good spirits, he gave me the rules, he was solicitous with my requests and was always very polite. the place is very comfortable for a single person or couple, it's worth it.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3

Amazing apartment, everything very beautiful and new, we had an unforeseen leak in the bathroom sink of the suite and in the kitchen sink, Amanda informed us that she would send someone to fix it, but in the 3 days I was staying there, no one showed up. We had to disable the bathroom sink in the bedroom and only used the main bathroom. Apart from these setbacks, the apartment is beautiful.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.
