There are 300m² of built area. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. In the house, there are also 2 rooms with an optimal size for watching television and reading. The kitchen is very large and spacious, and you will find cabinets with all the utensils you need, a gas stove, 2 large tables and a wood-burning stove. The gourmet area features a swimming pool, barbecue and refrigerator. All well wooded and the asphalt arrives at the door of the site. Remember that we are 15 minutes from the center.
