It is only only 1 kilometer away from one of the most popular beaches of the island, Kaki Lagkada. Tavernas and grocery shop are less than 5 minutes walking distance from the house. 2025 addition: Brand new kitchen and dining room added. This is a seperate area next to the room, with a separate entrance.

We have renovated an old stony house in order to create a place that combines traditional Paxos architecture with modern facilities. Ieromonaxos villa can accommodate 4-6 persons and offers additional facilities such as private parking, beautiful surrounding, and BBQ (indoor and outdoor). It is located 2.5 km from Gaios and is built in a big site with lots of free space, plenty of trees, and great view of the sea. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach!!!

This house is surrounded by gardens and is just a few steps from the beach. It consists of an open space that includes living room with a sofabed, kitchen and King-size bed . It has a garden and sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers, outdoor table, barbecue facilities and parking are included.
