Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Idra

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a magical place in a peaceful village. Kaiti provides an incredible local guide - we were able to do a few of her recommended things during our quick stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. The apartment is in a quiet area away from the crowd on the port, it is uphill so you have to climb some steps but it is well worth it ! It is well equiped, the bed is very comfortable, the small terrace offers an amazing view on the sea...and the sunset ! Maria had sent someone to welcome us as we exited the ferry, there was some coffee, tea, juice and croissants for our arrival, made us feel at home. Thank you, we definitely recommend this place.

I just loved staying at this home and we stayed for a month, the fact that it was outside Hydra and a pleasant coastal, walk into the town was a big attraction. As was the local beach and the swimming. Our host could not have been more welcoming and provided the most wonderful marmalade and a lovely package of basic goods and delicacies. I am hoping that we will be able to stay there again next year!

We had an amazing vacation! Fantastic villa, spacious, private, with beautiful gardens, patios, and a refreshing outdoor shower:) The house is supplied with anything you might need, including a nice selection of books. Fully stocked kitchen (olive oil, spices, fresh fruit, coffee and bottled water). Having a second 2 piece bathroom on the main floor as well as a washing machine was super convenient. We appreciated the eclectic decor and comfy furniture- it felt relaxing, artsy, homey, and loved! Thank you, Tracy and Georgia, hope to visit again 💗🤞

Valia's place is lovely. Inside has a very comfortable and well styled living space with everything you need and the bedroom and bathroom are also very good. The fan in the bedroom was essential and happily silent. The place has a large veranda that is ther perfect place to relax in the shade and there are additional places to sit in the garden that is shared with the other apartment and provide the best view of the sunset. Valia is a super host whose guide to the region is impecable - she has gone to a great effort to help guests find places to see, eat, and things to do. Taktikoupoli is very quiet which I loved and its an easy drive to beaches, supermarkets and other places of interest.

This lovely house is a dream come true! Family members stayed here for one week while we stayed at the owner’s other property, close by. The combination of the two was a perfect match for all, giving us the luxury of proximity and complete independence. Both houses are so well appointed. We truly loved our stay here! Poros is a great little island if you want to relax and enjoy Greece. The house was a great fit for us, although there is no living room, it was still spacious enough for the three of us, especially since the terrasse and outdoor space is quite big! The air condition worked like a charm and helped us weather the intense summer sun. 🌞 You need to be aware that you cannot reach the apartment via car and google maps does not always work in the little streets of the neighborhood but it is truly a great place to get lost and find all of the stray cats. There are a few Tavernas on the hill that are close, but the marina is also reached within minutes. The closest beach we frequented was about 20 minutes on foot, but quite doable. But even staying in is a great option as the views from the apartment are spectacular. Mary was also super easy to reach in case we needed anything. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dioni’s beautiful house. The setting and view were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect — peaceful and quiet. From the moment we arrived, Dioni made us feel extremely welcome. She was so generous with her time and even surprised us with thoughtful gifts, which made our stay even more special. She was always happy to answer any questions we had and gave us great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Beautifully located, a classic Greek island airbnb with gorgeous views and fabulous location. Lovely greeting and orientation for a no fuss, truly relaxing stay in this sweet airbnb. The views from the terrace are absolutely dazzling. Aircon and wifi worked really well. Extremely clean and nicely appointed. Wonderful restaurants a 2-min walk away. Thank you!!

The accommodation is self matched all descriptions and photos. There is a private balcony but also shared spaces (that still felt private in many ways!) Location is a short walk from the main town but ideal to be away for any general noise. I slept comfortably and never felt that my needs were not met. Finally, the host and her daughter were undeniably one of the most catering, supportive and attentive hosts I’ve had. Their recommendations were exactly what I was looking for but Irene was speedy at replies, able to resolve any questions and was always on hand. The place will be in my heart!

Wow, wow, wow! This was one of our best airb&b experiences while on holiday. Yainnis was an incredible host that helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived and he personally checked us in . He gave us great recommendations and made us feel right at home. The location of this apartment is excellent, as you are close to the port and all the lovely restaurants. They clean the apartment every day and you get some goodies for breakfast (fresh bread every morning). It is a spacious apartment with a bonus balcony that has an incredible view over Hydra. I can really recommend this special find in Greece! :)

The view is amazing at this apartment, from the window in each room, and from the balcony. Lots of space, comfortable bed. There is a closet with hangers and also shelves. Table and chairs on balcony and also small dining table and chairs in kitchen. The washer was handy and we hung out clothes to dry on the rack on the balcony . It's about 12 minute walk from the port, including stairs. We walked but it's also reasonable to get a donkey assistance with luggage (definitely ask Christina to reserve the donkey if you do). Would stay here again.

It was a short but very enjoyable holiday. The house was exactly like in the photos and very clean. The beach had a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the sea was beautiful. Everything you might need is right at your fingertips, and the host was excellent at providing all the necessary information. Thank you very much for everything!

A wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The views from the whole place were amazing and for us, these were the highlight of the property. The apartment was well equipped and felt homely. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding was great quality. There were lovely touches, milk, beers, tonic and water in the fridge. Herbs and local olive oil in the store cupboard and lemons from the tree on the patio. All were appreciated. The communication with Georgia was brilliant and the warm welcome and guided tour was perfect. The waterfront was moments away from the apartment and the town with bars, cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk. There are a couple of supermarkets in the town, which is great. it is definitely a place we would liketo return to soon.

Hermione is a super nice little town. The apartment is very well located and you can do anything on foot. April is a great time to visit. We enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at Marthas beautiful apartment was perfect! The apartment was perfectly clean, the communication with Martha was really friendly and she took very good care of us via mobile contact. The apartment is really central but you still feel very private, it has a really cute balcony and the overall vibe is really sweet and cozy. We`d love to come back, thanks Martha! <3

An absolute gem! Avva and her family were so kind and allowed us go store our bags at their family business before check in so we could explore the Island free of luggage. It was a beautifully done room and bathroom with anything you could need. including a washing machine to wash your clothes! The bed was comfortable, and there was such a nice area outside to relax. We really would recommend to anyone coming to Hydra. Plus the location was perfect and close to all of the restaurants and shops on the island. Truly can't say enough about how perfect this place was, and the hosts were so kind and amazing. A 10/10 would do it again for us!

We were hesitant to book because it was a new listing, but we are so glad we did! The space was perfect for our group of 5! Centrally located to the best shops and restaurants, but also private and homey feeling. Greek accommodations can be cramped and dated - but not this one! Perfect, modern, and clean. The host was so responsive and friendly as well. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
